Hey guys, I have an enV Touch connected via USB to my laptop. I have QPST 2.7 Build 323. I know the phone is connected properly because I can view the file system of the phone. Any ideas why I can't take screen shots?

Sony Xperia Z3 D6616: LCD broke and I replaced the LCD. When I turn power on it gives me vibrate but can't see any lights on display. After few second, a lady voice start talking like "Siri." when I tap on black screen, it says what I tapped on. Very weired problem.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI dropped my phone (n85) and found out that my phone's capture key was detached and missing. Its so tiny and I can't find it anymore! THe capture key is only key that I could use to capture an image on my phone. Now I can't use the camera of my phone anymore. Is there any other key or way so I could still capture an image on my phone?or do i have to buy that tiny spare part just so i can still use the camera of my phone?

I can take pics or record videos without using the capture button. I have already updated the firmware.

To many different links lead to the same thing etc (to make it look like there's more there) but, different discussion for different day.So again, does anyone have a direct link to where one can purcahse more display themes?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm Sony user since 4 years ago as I started with Sony Xperia miny pro, Xperia S, Xperia Z1, then Xperia Z2.
Now I own the black model of the xperia Z2 since 2 days I decided to try the waterproof ability and take a photo under the water. I took the phone with me under the water it's not more than 30 meter and not more than 6 min .a few hours later, I found out that some of the water got in because I can see some condensation on the camera lenses both front and back.
Another few hours later I found out that the screen starts to flicker then the screen dies. All other functionality such as the sound still works because I can hear the tone if someone call me or receive a sms but the display and touch is dead.

Since the OS update for the 920, the "display+touch" feature does not work properly. When I tap on it, the message "display+touch can't be opened. An app update may be available" is presented. I have attempted to update the app via QR but am presented with the message "share." I have done few soft resets but the problem persists. I have asked for help in other forums, but the issue remains. Is it possible that a future "display+touch" update may solve the problem? In lieu of that, can someone offer another suggestion? I would hate to do a hard reset and end up with a "bricked" phone.
View 6 Replies View RelatedThe last time the display functioned I was starting a play-list for my shower. I adjusted the volume once or twice without lighting the screen, and after drying off stopped the music by removing the speaker jack again without lighting the screen. The device then went into my shirt pocket and I ate dinner then watched a movie but when I tried to do a little surfing before bed the screen wouldn't light up. I had seen it light up the buttons but take a few seconds for the display when the CPU was busy so I waited, nothing happened. I pulled the battery and tried again, nothing on the screen. But then I discovered that the touch sensor was still functioning, I could swipe to unlock and power down in the standard fashion just blind. I have examined the water stickers they are both white with bright red X's.
While writing this question (I am sure many of you already know this fact) I discovered that the display of my device is in fact three distinct functional parts. The capacitive touch screen still in operation on my device, the LCD image generator also still in operation, and the Led illumination source which for lack of a more accurate description is burned out.So my question is how could this occur, is it software or hardware, and what are my recourses?

My touchscreen vibration and sound are active in my profile.... But no vibration or sound is heard... When i opened drawing app it gave a response,...Just vibrated and heard a tone... View 2 Replies View RelatedI bought my Nokia X3-02 in 2011. It worked well for 11 months and in the 12th month, its touchscreen stopped working. It was under warranty so I went to Nokia service centre and they changed the Touch screen Digitizer.It worked well for few days and meanwhile its warranty expired. Now it has the same problem and the touch screen doesn't work at all. So, I put the phone back to the phone and started using my other phone.after 2-3 days, I thought that I should take the phone to the service centre, so removed the batter and inserted the SIM card. I started the phone and touch screen was working fine. I thought, I am lucky as the touch screen is working now. But after few hours probably 3-4, the touch screen stopped working again. Quite weird behaviour.So, if i put the phone to off for around 1 day and starts using it again then the touch works and after few hours it stops working again. I went to service centre again and they said, they would firstly change the touch screen ( price INR 1500) and after that they could comment on the phone's behaviour.
UPDATE: I have updated the phone firmware to latest one. Touch works even after 5 hours but not the exact point of contact.. When i try to press Menu, it always activates the Address/exit button, so the wherever you touch it activates the right side of the area.
My dad got mad took my phone and started stomping on it with the heel of his shoe. I just now have gotten it back and at first glance, there is no damage. But after turning it on, the touch screen doesnt work. No matter how hard i press or anything, nothing happens. I do not have apple care warranty. So my question to you is do any of you guys know of a place that can fix this. The glass isnt broken, just the part that senses that you are touching the glass is.

It doesn't work when I press the menu button either. I'm still recieving messages, though, but I can't get to them, obviously. I've only had my BlackBerry a few weeks and really can't do without a phone coming up to summer and can't afford a new one on such short notice!

Now, when i press the "Home" key of the phone, the screen comes alive with keypad for punching-in the password but the touchscreen is not responding so i am not able to punch-in the password. I am getting calls on my cell phone but i cannot receive the calls since I cannot slide the "green" button on screen to right (which is the usual way to receive the calls). Could you guys please help me make my phone screen responsive again. This is a brand new phone, just a couple of days old and no apps installed other than loaded by the Company itself.
