Jan 8, 2010Is there ANY WAY of getting flash to play on the Lotus LG ? Is there any 3rd party provider software that would make this work since Sprint isn't providing this?

Nov 29, 2013Got the new Nexus 5 and found that flash video playing is totally incompatible with the Android 4.4 Kitkat, no t in Dolphin, not in Firefox and other browsers. This is too bad and I can't imagine it just happened.
I digged into the code since then and found that some critical APIs have been removed from Android 4.4 that flash uses.

After several days of coding, I finally found a way out with a hacked flash player. Being so excited and i can't wait wo share it. Here is the guide about how to install the hacked one and how to play flash content in the sites in Dolphin Browser.
1) Download Dolphin Browser
Surprised, Dolphin just push a 10.2.0 update version to me and I found Dolphin Jetpack was built-in. This means you don't have to install 2 separate APK now.

Warning: [/B]You must have Dolphin Jetpack on in the settings to enjoy it. As far as I have noticed, Dolphin Jetpack better solves the compatibility with flash player, such as crash issue & freeze issue in full screen.
2) Download the hacked flash player HERE
Warning: Make sure that you have uninstall the flash player installed in your device and then install the hacked one for compatibility reason.
If your devices refused to install apk outside Google Play, you may set in your device (Settings> Securities> Unknown resources) to allow installation of apps from unknown sources.
3) Make sure that the flash setting in Dolphin Browser (Click Menu>Settings>Web Content>Flash Player) is on.
Flash Player is not officially supported and therefore the speed of loading of flash video may be slow. However, I have tried many sites such as YouTube and Hulu. They all work properly with satisfactory results.

Also visited www.techradar.com and at some point was invited to update flash, but adoble site says there is no suitable version for the device. Following this the "Movie Teasers" trailers started to fail and lockup with "ERROR". This may be pure coincidence of course. I seem to be be doing and awfull lot of restarts of a device <24 unpacked.

Dec 15, 2012A few days ago I stupidly dropped my xperia play in the bath. I let it dry out and place in rice in a sealed container for a few days to dry it out. However when I now power the phone up the camera flash light stays on and will not switch off even going into the camera settings and turning it off. I done the software repair download from the sony website but it hasn't helped.I also purchased a new battery as well. I am guessing it's going to need repaired but I thought I ask on here if anyone has ideas as to what would be causing the problem.

Jul 12, 2010Since the new software update for my E71 (500.21.009) I have a new application called IBM Lotus Notes Traveler. Because I don't need/use it I want to remove it but every time I do it just installs itself and shows me the welcome wizard of that program. I removed it using the app manager. So does anybody know how to remove this or is it 'impossible'?

BB Curve 8300 :: Synchronizing With Lotus Notes Calendar
Jun 22, 2010For no apparent reason, whenever I attempt to synchronize, the calendar does not synch with my Lotus Notes (the address book does) and Desktop Manager shuts itself down. I am now getting a dialogue box stating "the default service for your device's calendar has changed since the last time you synchronized." I don't recall changing anything. I have attempted to change the default service from Yahoo (my email comes from this account as work doesn't authorize the Lotus Notes email on the phone) to Lotus Notes and it's not even an option.

May 9, 2012I have mail in numerous (75+) folders on my Lotus Notes. In setting up Lotus Notes Traveler on my phone, I notice that my inbox looks fine but that none of the mail shows up in those folders. Can someone please tell me:
(1) Do I need to go into each folder and refresh it?
(2) If so, will that mail then always appear, and then it will only need to sync the new messages when I enter that folder?
(3) If I turn push on for each folder (75+ folders) I am assuming I will kill my battery life. Anyone that can validate that point?
