It should be saved to the e: mass memory, but there is no settings in the application where to change the save location?. The phone automatically makes a folder named "Ovi Music Downloads" in the memory card. It should be created in the mass memory.

Apr 25, 2012First of all the laptop that had all my songs on it decided to get a "blue screen of death" and my dad won't fix it. Second of all, my dad decided to give my little sister my iPhone 3G for her birthday while I got his iPhone 3GS and he upgraded to the iPhone 4G. To switch the data he had to go through all of our iTunes accounts and do some removing and restoring. When we got our phones back regular data like pictures, apps, and contacts switched just fine. However, my phone had all of my dad's music instead of mine. I could've easily fixed this problem by getting my songs back, but my laptop is broken. What should I do?

I don't know what password? I tried my MacBook Pro admin password but that doesn't work. I tried my apple ID but that doesn't work. I am afraid to put in to many tries. Why do I need and password to "unlock" the backup, and how can I resolve this so I can put all the apps and music back onto my phone!

May 3, 2012My computer's hard drive and backup drive both malfunctioned at the same time, and I've lost a lot of the mp3 files that still live on my iPhone4. I want to download the mp3 files on my iPhone back onto the new drives so I don't have to re-do 1500 songs. I can't find anything that shows how to do this, and it's very frustrating that something so simple isn't a basic feature. (The Sync function wipes out all the data on the iPhone, but doesn't allow for the reverse...very stupid design, in my opinion.) And in Windows XP--no jokes please--the iPhone files on the windows explorer only shows photos, no music...again, not a very smart design. So how do I export my music files back to my computer and back up drive?

Apr 25, 2012I link my iPhone 4 to my HD radio in my vehicle all the time to listen to my song library or to other audio such as Pandora or iTunesU. An update for the standard iPhone music app loaded recently, and my radio is no longer able to communicate with my iPhone. Could the music app update have caused this? If so, is it possible to revert back to the previous version?
I have linked other devices to the radio to rule out the chance that the radio is the problem. I have also done a hard reset on both my iPhone and my radio. Before the update, my radio recognized the iPhone as an iPod.

Jun 26, 2011I know this has been posted like a hundred times or more and I've followed all the threads around this but if anyone has a new suggestion that would be REALLY apreciated .Have a C-5 with latest firmware. Has around 365 songs in it now but when i add new ones it doesn't see them.Have tried refresh, trashed the databases etc. Reformated the card and loaded them back bit by bit and that worked and then added 9 new ones - that worked. Played it this morning for a few hours and tried to ad some more. Doesn't see them in the refresh. Card is a Sandisk 4gb - should be good - no bad sectors etc
