IPhone :: Move Purchased Movies To Itunes Without Losing Music?
May 3, 2012I have a iphone 4 (not S) and have purchased movies on it. Just some Pixar shorts. I want to move these purchases to my computer so they are backed up, in other words, sync the other way. I have my phone/itunes set to manually manage music and movies because my music library on my computer would be too big for the phone and I don't want all my music on my phone anyway. Problem is, I can't just drag the movies from my phone to my itunes when the phone is plugged in, and when I choose "sync movies" I get a warning box that says:Are you sure you want to sync movies? All existing songs, movies and TV shows on the iPhone "dorothy's iPhone" will be removed and replaced with movies from your iTunes library.
I want to avoid this so I don't have to take the time to reload particular songs/albums that I've already put on the phone. Isn't there a way to transfer purchases you've made on your phone onto your computer without losing everything that's already on your phone? Is there a way to sync only movies? One would think so if you just checked the box, but the words "all existing songs, movies, and TV shows" make me too nervous to check the box.

May 3, 2012I purchased a ringtone for my iPhone last week and today it's completely missing! I can't find it in my purchases from iTunes, but I do have a receipt for it in my email. When I click in the "report a problem" link from the receipt, I get a message saying cannot connect to the iTunes Store. I can manually go to the iTunes Store just fine... it's only when I click the "report a problem" link in the receipt. I've looked throughout my my iPhone, my iTunes purchases, and nothing....

May 15, 2012I had pre-ordered the new Garbage album and last night I got an e-mail notifying me it was ready to download. So I opened iTunes on my iPhone 4 and went to Downloads and the album started downloading. I watched all the songs download then went to Music to listen to it. I looked under Artist and Garbage and that album was missing. So I looked under Albums and it's showing up.I can't seem to get it to show up under the artist, though. I have synced, rebooted the phone, etc.The tracks are not part of a compilation so that's not it.The album shows up under the artist section in iTunes on my MacBook Pro.How do I get this new album to show up under the proper artist?

May 30, 2012My 4s has all of a sudden stopped playing sound. I have a ringtone but no sound for music/movies etc. Tried turning on and of and letting bat go flat then recharging. Sound came back for a while then went again. I noticed this started soon after I upgraded to 5.1.1 . Ive also looked at the error reports the phone generates for apple and there are a few memory low notes.

Mar 27, 2012I recently bought an album from iTunes. I hate the music but I cant manage to delete the album.
1. If I delete it from iTunes it stays on my iPhone, then when I synch it comes back to iTunes.
2. If I uncheck all the songs from the album then set synch to "only synch checked songs", it still stays on my iPhone
3. If I check "backup to cloud" or "backup to computer" it doesn't make a difference!!

Apr 9, 2012Recently i had purchased a new Iphone 4s. When i plugged it in to my computer it deleted all my contacts, music etc & it replaced it with all my old information i had with my earlier iphone.
All my old music is now in the phone. The new purchased music i bought is still in "my music" but does not play, and does not sync to Itunes. Is there anyway to get it back? There has to be i bought $200 worth of music, and now it's not working.

IPhone :: Purchased Music Won't Sync?
May 20, 2012I have purchased these 2 songs on my iPhone and now i want to put them into my library on my PC. But these 2 songs, which I have purchased resently, are showing up like this and i am unable to play them. As you can see, the color of the songs are more matt and gray, compared to the black test of the others. And notice the syncing icon on the left (it is not spinning)..? It is like if they are sort of inactive songs in my library..

Aug 21, 2014I have tried everything to delete ALL music from my phone to start again.Â
I have made sure the music is not backed up to the cloud, I have shifted all purchased music from purchased folder in itunes to the library. I have unticked all music in my library and then deleted all music from my iphone. I have checked the only sync ticked music and clicked on APPLY. What do you know the music is still showing on my iphone. I have powered off and on my iphone.Â
Result = still music on my iphone that is not on my library, nor does it appear on itunes as existing on my iphone but it appear on the phone. Oh and I have switched off home sharing just in case this is impacting.Â

Dec 9, 2014I purchased an album in the iTunes Store app on my iPhone 6. When I go to the album in the iTunes Store app, it says "Purchased" at the top, and all 29 songs have a "Play" button, and I can indeed play them from there.Â
In the Music App, the album shows up, and it says there are 29 tracks. But when I tap on the album to get the track list, I see only one track. "Show All Music" in the Settings app is turned on.Â
How do I get the other 28 tracks to show up in the Music app?Â

1. Is the HD movies worth renting or is it just better to rent/buy the non-HD?
2. Will the iPhone last the entire movie without being connected to a charger?
