Nov 8, 2015Both mine and my wife's 6p's are not able to access the internet while a call is in progress. My phone is unlocked & rooted, however my wife's is complete stock so I know that can't be the issue. I've also tried disabling the "enhanced" calling with LTE under cellular networks on both devices and this doesn't fix the issue, either.
After going into my Verizon online and adding the Advanced calling 1.0 feature to my line, then rebooting my phone, and waiting a few minutes, things automatically started working.

May 22, 2012When making or receiving a call, the caller or the person I am calling cannot hear me. If I turn on speaker, they can hear me. This is a new iPhone 4, I traded in my 1 year old iPhone 4, because it also was having this issue, & the apple store staff could not fix it.
I have tried turning on/off, plugging in ear buds and unplugging them, cause I heard that could help, & syncing the phone. Nothing has worked yet that I have tried.

Aug 30, 2014I made one phone call this morning and after hanging up i went to the contacts library and all my contacts were gone. I have unfortunately not got a backup (this isn't my phone its for a friend) and so I have no backup of my contacts. May 30, 2012A few days ago, out of the blue, I lost the ability to be able to hear or be heard when on a call on my iPhone 4. On a call, no matter which output I use, earpiece, earphones or speaker, I cannot hear the person on the other end speaking, and they cannot hear me talking. My phone will ring if someone is calling, and if I call someone their phone will connect, but from there I am completely muted/in silence. I do not believe this is a hardware related issue as I have tested both the microphone and speaker/s by making a Skype call to a friend which worked absolutely fine. I can also play music from my phone successfully through all of the iPhone outputs mentioned above. This is a super frustrating issue as I haven't dropped the phone or damaged any of the hardware. The only one software related thing I notice that is out of the ordinary is that when I do make a call, the 'speaker' icon is selected by default. Obviously I have attempted to deselect it, but have had no success in this making any difference.

The called party must hang up first before I am able to terminate the call. This is very aggravating on calls where there is some sort of auto-answering device. My phone can be tied up for 5 min or more. I have tried resyncing, restarting, and even rebooting my phone all to no avail.

I make a test call to the number, and the photo appears full size. Mar 25, 2012I have an Iphone 4s with ios 5.1. I go to college out of the country and therefore use VOIP apps w/ push notification. I noticed that when my screen is off for a few minutes, the phone will not receive push notificaitons right away. (I test this by calling myself) The phone acts like WIFI has gone to sleep, but a few minutes later, it will wake up and show the notification. Another way I can immediately get it to show the notification is to turn the phone on myself. I tried restoring the iphone and turning off cellular data and am having the same problem.

Apr 15, 2012I've hooked everything up properly. Movies play just fine from my iPad2 but when I try and play a movie that I loaded onto my iPhone the tv just says "no signal". Movie plays fine on the phone itself. I even plugged phone into power source thinking maybe the phone didn't have enough power to play a movie on tv. Still "no signal".
