I bought my iPhone 5S almost two month before from fifth avenue Apple Store.
Now a days realized while making facetime call suddenly my iphone showing a blue screen and restarting.Â

I have my FaceTime set up on both devices, wifi on full bars, but it says FaceTime failed when I call. I also call from both devices at once and it makes no difference. I know the information is correct.

When making or receiving a call, the caller or the person I am calling cannot hear me. If I turn on speaker, they can hear me. This is a new iPhone 4, I traded in my 1 year old iPhone 4, because it also was having this issue, & the apple store staff could not fix it.
I have tried turning on/off, plugging in ear buds and unplugging them, cause I heard that could help, & syncing the phone. Nothing has worked yet that I have tried.

I have unfortunately not got a backup (this isn't my phone its for a friend) and so I have no backup of my contacts. I have already tried importing contacts from the sim but only a very small few contacts are on the sim so im still missing over 90% of my contacts. How can i fix this? A few days ago, out of the blue, I lost the ability to be able to hear or be heard when on a call on my iPhone 4. On a call, no matter which output I use, earpiece, earphones or speaker, I cannot hear the person on the other end speaking, and they cannot hear me talking. My phone will ring if someone is calling, and if I call someone their phone will connect, but from there I am completely muted/in silence. I do not believe this is a hardware related issue as I have tested both the microphone and speaker/s by making a Skype call to a friend which worked absolutely fine. I can also play music from my phone successfully through all of the iPhone outputs mentioned above. This is a super frustrating issue as I haven't dropped the phone or damaged any of the hardware. The only one software related thing I notice that is out of the ordinary is that when I do make a call, the 'speaker' icon is selected by default. Obviously I have attempted to deselect it, but have had no success in this making any difference.

The called party must hang up first before I am able to terminate the call. This is very aggravating on calls where there is some sort of auto-answering device. My phone can be tied up for 5 min or more. I have tried resyncing, restarting, and even rebooting my phone all to no avail.

A friend showed me that while a text message window is open, I can tap the screen near the time, and an option will come up which allows me to call that contact. My daughter and I both have iPhone 4s's, but for some reason, when I tap the screen near the time while texting her, the option to call her does NOT appear. The only choices are "Email, Contact Info and Load Earlier Messages". I have deleted her contact info and recreated it, and it still is the same.

I make a test call to the number, and the photo appears full size. The moment I leave the contact screen and try to make a test call again (for example, adding the contact to my favorites and using a favorite link to make a test call) the picture appears as a thumbnail. This happens immediately and to every contact I have. I sync the contact list with Google contacts.

I try turning on/off facetime in settings but all I get is "Activation unsuccessful. Turn on facetime to try again."
I dont know what the prob is, I didnt install or change anything since a few days ago that facetime calls worked.
Im JB on 4.0.1 and also got Facebreak installed.
I been fighting with it for 3 hours now. Removed facebreak, reset network settings over 50 times, restarted, toggled airplane mode, facetime on/off and still nothing.
Anyone got any suggestions or what is causing this to happen and how to activate facetime without a restore.
I already had to do a restore and setup as new 3 times since I got it and its starting to get old.
