IPhone :: Voicemail And Facetime Showing Wrong Number

wondering if someone can help. here is a quick breakdown of events. received my new iphone 4 yesterday. went to store to have number ported. since i live in vegas and i have an ohio number, they had to switch the temporary las vegas number to a temporary ohio number and then had my number ported.
everything works fine except i am unable to use the visual voicemail. it says voicemail unavailable, unable to connect, when i try to log on.
Also, when i make facetime calls, my number shows up on the other persons caller id as the las vegas temporary number and not my actual number.
tried calling carrier last night, they were unable to help, so i have no idea what to do?
I have a problem with my blackberry voicemail. I am a new blackberry user. I recently had to update the unit (it took some time). Recently when I try to call my voicemail it calls my home telephone number. The speed dial "w" key indicates my cell phone number, but when I try to call it, it calls my home number. Also, if I manually dial in my cell phone number and hit send, it still calls my home telephone number.
When i bought my iphone i kept my old number for ease but when i have synced to itunes it is showing the number given with the phone which has never before been a problem but now i have updated to 5.1 it is causing a problem with imessages as it is sending them to other iphones as my original iphone number causing people to think i had changed number. I have disabled i messages for now until i can fix. my itunes account has my number i use so not sure what to do next?
I have 209 apps in my itunes store but in my iphone it shows only 176, some apps are not shows in my phone even with sync, I can see them not highlighted in my istore, in my phone ther is 11 screen with 16 apps in each one so total of 176 app, is it the maximum screens in the phone 11 ??
I have C902 and I have recently had it unbranded and unlocked. I moved from Orange to O2 and took my number with me. Today was number moving day. In phone status, the number shown is the temp one from O2, not my ported one. My ported number shows up correctly on my home phone, so I know the move went ok.
My Son was given a Curve 8900 and has used it for months without any problems. Yesterday some of his friends messing about tried to access his phone and put in wrong pin number several times. His phone is now showing a message 'Reload Software 513'. We have never synchronized this phone with the internet, so not sure how we go about sorting out this problem?
My iPhone 5s has the wrong apple ID associated with FaceTime (the Apple ID is old, and linked to an old work email; I created a new apple ID this past year).
I suspect it's why Facetime won't connect. How do I change the Apple ID associated with FaceTime? When it prompts "Sign in to FaceTime", it says "enter apple ID password for ... <old email>".
I have only one cell number that will show up in my text messaging with just the number not the name. I have deleted it and reentered it. It has a + in front of the number.
When I used the iPhone with new SIM card, it logged my "temporary number" as my phone number, iMessage phone number, and FaceTime phone number.When my real number was updated instead of the temporary number in the mobile carrier (calling someone showed them my real number), the iPhone still showed the temporary phone number in Phone Settings, iMessage and FaceTime.I corrected the phone number in the Phone Settings, and tried the instructions of previous answered-questions about this issue:
-> to turn off FaceTime and iMessage, then re-activate them, and wait for the phone-number-activation to fail (but for me, after several trials, I still did not have the option to moderate the phone number of iMessage).
I tried reseting the Network Settings. I tried removing the SIM card. I tried doing all of these things in different orders. I tried turning off-on-off-on-off-on-off the iMessage and FaceTime many times. I tried changing the phone number in my Apple ID web account.Nothing seems to work. I still cannot change the phone number in my iMessage settings.
My phone rings more than 10+ times before rolling to voicemail. How do I set the number of rings I want? I am missing calls as callers will not wait through through so many rings to get to vm if I am unable to pick up the call.
How do I get the wrong Apple ID off my Iphone 5s? In my settings it shows the correct one, but when I go to the app store to do updates the wrong one shows up.Â
when I open the phone pad , by mistake sometimes press on voicemail icon , and this happen also when I was aboard , so that will cost too much money calling the voicemail provider.
Im searching a way to remove the voicemail number from my iphone so if by mistake I press the voicemail icon it will not make a call. so either a way to change the voicemail ( dialing number ) or a way to stop this icon dialing my provider.
I Have accidentally disabled my phone by putting in the wrong number too many times, my iMac is broken. I don't want to lose all my photos but need to use my phone. What should I do
my iphone is displaying the wrong time and says it is 1st january 1970... it also keeps hiding text conversations so i cant get onto them...how can i fix this?
This problem began yesterday after synching. I Have a iPhone 6 128gb.Â
when looking at my storage, I have used 49gb for music, and around 5BG for photos/apps/videos. So, you can say in total I have consumed around 54gb, which should leave me with a healthy 60gb or so. My phone is saying I only have 9gb left?! Â
In iTunes the bar along the bottom which shows a breakdown of your storage shows over 50gb being used by 'other', when this is definitely not the case!!Â
I plugged my iphone 5s in to itunes and for a minute, it wouldn't let me do much. Then I noticed, once it was done doing whatever it was, that some albums were wrong. For example, Ain't It Fun by Paramore shows the Backstreet Boys album. As Long As You Love Me by Backstreet Boys shows Katy Perry, Black Balloon by The Goo Goo Dolls shows Nelly's Just A Dream.Â
This is the second time this has happened. Last time, I just deleted the songs and redownloded them, which did work, but this time there are way too many messed up. Plus, I'd rather know what's going on so it doesn't happen again.Â
Just got my iphone 4 not too long ago and missed out on the 1-888-FACETIME number, wondering if anyone would be willing to test it out with me. I'm just a normal 25 year old medical student. Would prefer a good looking girl but if anyone wants to Id like to try it out.
My visual voicemail is not showing any messages, however, when people call my phone it says my mailbox is full. Even after several resets etc. we were able to leave a message but never got a notification of a voicemail. When I manually dialed into my voicemail, the new message was there.
