I have my phone synced with a 2011 Ford Expedition. Somehow I turned on the bluetooth privacy mode so I can't use the handsfree with the vehicle. I don't know if it was turned on via the phone or vehicle. how to turn privacy mode off?

My question is about Bluetooth and using in privacy mode? On my old S3 and my wife's S5 and her old iPhone we were able to turn the phone off the Bluetooth speakers on the car and use it as a hand held device if we wanted to (ie holding it up to your ear to hear instead of using the cars speakers and mic). (I drive with my kids in the car and often can't hear a darn thing unless the phone is right up on my ear).

Skype was working okay, but today, when I tried to call someone from my phone, it said i had to allow skype to use the mic, but I had already done that. I still went to privacy settings, but no apps showed up there. But on the camera, while I had multiple apps that use it, none showed up either. Leaving it on kills the battery to quick so I shut it of when ever I'm not using it and am annoyed by how many steps I have to go through to turn it on and off. Apple plans so many features so much better than everyone else, I really feel like they got the bluetooth wrong.

I went into Airplane Mode today using the widget. It turned off my Wifi (but not GPS?) and went into Airplane Mode just fine. Then when using the widget to turn Airplane Mode off I see my Wifi turn back on, but the Airplane Mode isn't removed. The only way I can find to actually take the phone out of Airplane mode is to hold the power button and toggle it from the silent/airplane/power popup.
