i followed the instruction on how to transfer the purchased songs from iphone to itune ( RE: ht2519) in order to burn the cd it is still not working.i was planning to buy an ipad for my wife now i am having a second thought.apple is about money not customers even at the store i could not have help. it is frustrating and i tried this in one laptop and 2 different pcs.

I have tried transfering songs that we have put in itunes to icloud to go onto my iphone, The ones that I didn't purchase through itunes comes up with a cloud with a line through it. My iPhone has 521 songs on it. About an hour ago, I decided to plug my iphone into my iMac to sync my songs onto it. It put 343 songs onto the computer, not syncing all of my 521 songs. I've tried "Sync" AND "Transfer purchases from ipod" however nothing seems to work.

After upgrading to IOS 7, I can only transfer songs to my iPhone 5 that I bought on iTunes. I cannot transfer songs I burned from CD. When I drag them to my phone in iTunes, my phone appears to be updating, but the songs don't show up there.

The are stored in the photo app of my iPhone under Camera Roll. They are also backed up iPhoto on my on my iMac. Which runs OS 10.7.4. My question is how can I put those videos on a DVD so my friends can watch them on a regular DVD player. The instructions under the "Help Menu" is very helpful. Either that or I'm just dense.
