Apr 28, 2012I have tried transfering songs that we have put in itunes to icloud to go onto my iphone, The ones that I didn't purchase through itunes comes up with a cloud with a line through it. I have read previous notes and checked that it is set to aac encoder but it comes up with an error stating that it couldn't be found.

I've also noticed that some of my CD's that I've downloaded are listed under my other music but its not available to checkmark the box under my music.
I have no idea what's going on. Is is a PC issue? Is it an itunes issue?
