Jul 5, 2011I have a newly arisen problem where my BB Bold 9650 will synch addresses and other data but fails to complete the synch with calendar. The pop up message from Intellisync says "connector specific error" I have tried reloading the start up disc but no change.

On my iPhone, I can't seem to find the "From" dropbox in the Mail app, to choose which email to send from. Is it possible at all? (I'm jbroken, if it matters..)

May 10, 2012I have the current version of iOS on an iPhone 3G. In Mail when I click on an email address I have the option to create a new contact. I click to create the new contact. I go in my Contacts and the eddress isn't there. Is this is known problem? It seems to have not been working for quite a while. Very annoying.

I managed to send it messages, lock it and make it play sounds, however I wonder if Apple knows the IP addresses from where the phone was connected to the internet everytime it performed my remote commands? I think these IPs will be usefel in locating the phone since Location Services can be off, as in my case and the phone can be off most of the time....

Apr 22, 2012Earlier I synced Contacts, Keychain and Calender on my Mac, iPhone and MobileMe. I made sure that I selected the option to have the data on the Mac replaced. Calender and Keychain synced correctly, however, Contacts on MobileMe and iPhone were lost and replaced with the Contacts on my Mac - which were none. I have no idea why this happened and I have no back up because I to do an erase and install of Leopard today. It isn't such a disaster as I have most of the contacts saved in other ways. is there any way I can copy or transfer the email addresses in my Mail App to the Contacts App? It is easy to do on received emails, but I can't figure out how to get the 'saved' email address to come up with the option to Create A New or Add To An Existing Contact.

If we preorder online can we have them shipped to our respective addresses, or can we pick them up at Apple/ATT/whatever stores closer to each of us but still link them to the same family plan? I will be in WI but wanting to port my FL number form Verizon, which is where dad and bro are. Thanks! When I check our router firewall logs, I see multiple entries similar to this one:Blocked outgoing ICMP packet (ICMP type 3) from 192.168.0.100 to 166.147.95.129 192.168.0.100 is the DHCP address assigned by our router to her iPhone, which I verified by comparing her iPhone's WiFi MAC address against the MAC address listed for that IP address in our router's log.I also made really sure by watching a "ping -t 192.168.0.100" command in a command prompt window change from getting responses to timing out when I turned off her phone, and then start getting responses again after I powered it back on).The IP addresses her phone is pinging are all over the world. 166.147.95.129 resolves to mobile-166-147-095-129.mycingular.net in the USA, but I've also seen addresses in Russia, Canada, Bangladesh, and a couple of addresses in South America.The pinging appears to be really bursty, because it generally doesn't occur for minutes at a time, but then I'll see several pings in short succession.I have an iPhone as well, but mine doesn't appear to be doing anything similar. I'm not aware of any iPhone malware, but I'm concerned this might be some sort of bot attempting to call home for instructions.

This account as now been deleted off my iPhone and the login credentials long forgotten.
Now under my new iCloud and new gmail account (which I created in lieu of my previous gmail), I get the email addresses that I no longer want or use that I sent from my previous and now-deleted account, popping up in my auto-fill as soon as I start to type a few characters in the "To" box.
