Oct 27, 2011I have a Motorola Atrix on AT&T. I've called technical support multiple times but still have the issue. In my apartment, my phone shows full bars but when I dial a call out, the phone will hang up right away. Other times it will hang itself up and error "call failed".
I've been to the corporate store where they have given me a new SIM card, but it still does not fix my issue. I am trying to figure out if this is a hardware or network issue so I can contact the right people to have the issue fixed.
If my phone is showing full bars that means I have network coverage.

Jun 29, 2010I have been having this problem a lot since I got the phone. If I am out especially in building where it shows good signal it take it forever to load data. text goes through fine but data takes forever. Much slower than my 3GS why is this? Is it my phone or are others getting this?

And after I turn off cellular data and put it back on to get back 3G it loses all bars completely and goes to "searching.." and then finally "no network"Â and then I have to manual search for my network. Google Nexus 5 :: 4G / LTE Full Bars And Drops Connection
Jan 31, 2016When i use LTE I get full bars and everything works fine for a couple of minutes. Then I lose connection. I can not open any webpages, update Twitter or anything else. The bars are full and the 4G icon is there. If I run a couple of apps like LTE Discovery or Network Signal Strength, they both show that I am connected with good quality. But nothing on the internet works. I have checked the APN. It is correct.
If I deactivate cellular data and switch it on again, I have connection for a few minutes again.
If I set it to 3G only, everything is working fine.
I have tested my sim in my wife's iPhone and it works fine, no connection drops.
The phone has been laying around for a while. I just started using it again, but I can not get what could cause this behavior.
I am on Android 6.0.1.

Oct 20, 2015My wife and I both have the Galaxy S6. Recently, we have been missing many important calls . They seem to go directly to voicemail, despite full bars of reception. The other day I was waiting for an important call from Google Play Support and I had the phone right in front of me and it never rang but I received a voicemail notification.
I have read about some users in Canada having similar problems, but I can't find anything similar for T-Mobile users in the U.S. It seems to have started after the 5.11 update. It also appears to happen more frequently at home, which would suggest that it has to do with being connected to WiFI, since I always have a strong cell signal at home.

Apr 6, 2015yesterday morning my Sony z3 was working great when all of a sudden the signal dropped and said no service. It has been 24 hours now and still nothing. I restarted the phone many times, did a factory reset, updated software, fixed software and left it off for a while.

Do not say it's a simcard or network provider problem because I had try everything like put my sim card in other phone, try another simc ard in my phone. One phone can make/receive calls and has 3G service and the other one can't 99.9% of the time. All relevent phone settings (domestic roaming/ data enabled, PRL/profile updates, etc.) are identical on both phones. In all other respects, both phones operate the same and without problems. Is this a Sprint network issue or a Moto phone issue?

Is this a iPhone issue or a ATT issue? I have an odd suspicion it's my phone because it occurs so frequently, but Ive had difficulty asking the apple bar to replace my phone just because of reception issues.

Jun 22, 2014After months of no problems my Lumia 1020 is suddenly misbehaving: the cell signal strength is fluctuating all over the place, from no service to 5 bars, sometimes it even switches to Edge. It will stay at a given strength for a while (tens of seconds) and then change.
Some symptoms:
- I'm using it on Straight Talk (AT&T towers), but I see the same thing with a T-Mobile sim.
- The same two sim cards work fine in my old iPhone 4
- It keeps happening as I bike around town, so it's not just an area with weak signal
- A soft reset doesn't fix it.
- I'm running WP8.1 Dev Preview, latest update (I think that's update 3?)
- Everything else works (wifi, bluetooth)

May 24, 2010i'm trying to upgrade from my current 3G iphone to a faster iphone. I use my iphone as my main internet device (i have my laptop, but most often use the web on my iphone). The 3G is almost unbearable when it comes to things like web browsing. It's SOOO slow, especially compared to the 3GS. I'm trying to decide whether to get the 3GS now, or wait until the next gen iphone. The 3GS is pretty dang fast, so much more than my 3G. But the next gen iphone might have that cortex A8 processor and more ram. If that's the case, do you think we might see ipad like speeds on the next iphone. Worth waiting for?

May 14, 2012I upgraded to iOS 5.1.1 last week this has been the only changes on my iPhone 4 other then normal app updates. Last light I pluged in my device for charge as is normal. Today I woke up and the device indicated that it didn't charge and is showing that I have about 35% of the charge remanding. Pluged in the device to another charger / cord and while the battery charging icon shows that it was charging but after 2hrs I still only had 35%.

Jun 5, 2014I just updated an Iphone 3GS to OIS 6.1.6 and now the "phone" do not work, I have tried with two different sim cards and it continues to be locked on No Service or switch between Searching and No Service. I have tried switching on and off flight mode. The problem started when I upgraded to 6.1.3. Now I did a complete new installation of 6.1.6 and the problem persists. The phone has not been jailbroken
