May 2, 2015I'm a fairly new s6 user (T-Mobile). I'm trying to share a calendar and contacts S6 to S6. I have nfc and android beam ON on both phones. I can share photos fine so something is working. I've tried several combinations of selecting the item to be shared and bringing the backs of the phones together. With contacts it seems to have shared the contact but it doesn't show up in the contacts on the receiving phone. I'm looking for a step by step process for doing this.

Feb 24, 2012My Nokia N9 is Skype ready - I can see my contacts, I can chat with them - but I cannot share video stream with them. I have tried to go to an Options or Setup menu - there is no such menu! Skype is even not listed in the application list. Does it mean it is just a "client" only? Can I get full Skype on my N9?

Nov 23, 2015I just upgraded from a Lumia 920 to a 950. I did a full restore from my backup. Facebook, Twitter and Skype contacts show up fine in the People Hub contacts - but unfortunately LinkedIn is no longer there. When I go to settings in the LinkedIn app and hit "Sync Contacts" - it takes me to the email and accounts setting on my 950, but there is no LinkedIn account to add.

Jan 9, 2011I got a Wildfire phone yesterday, which is my first smart phone. I set up my Facebook and Twitter accounts and I'm using it with a sim card from my old phone, so imported the contacts from that.
The problem is when using the People app, I have multiple contacts for the same person. For example, I have 4 separate contacts for my sister - SIM contact, Facebook, Twitter and email. I have managed to link the Facebook, Twitter and email contacts for her, but I can't link her phone numbers to it. I have 3 phone numbers for her (home, work and mobile) on the SIM card - how do I link these so that when she calls me it shows her photo, status updates etc? When I try to link, it doesn't show up the SIM contacts so I can't add her phone numbers to the main contact page
Nokia Lumia :: 920 Contacts And People Won't Sync
Dec 3, 2012I just got my Lumia 920 and I love it, but the only thing that drives me crazy is the contacts list. It has over a thousand people beause it imported all my facebook, skype, google and etc. on there. So when I try to search someone or just push search the entire list of over a thousand people pop up and I dont want to look at a bunch of random facebook friends when in reality I only call about 10 people regularly on that list. I have tried to filter and it just says synching then goes back to the home screen. I have tried filtering and a few other things but it just continously says synching in the top right corner. How do I get my contacts to only be saved phone numbers?

Nov 7, 2013On my old SGSII I had the option to sync contacts from Facebook and it did a pretty good job of matching names so my contacts would have their avatars from Facebook matched with their emails, phone numbers, etc.
This is my first Nexus and I guess the option just isn't there. But what's the best way to sync FB contacts? I see there are a few apps available but some are reviewed to be buggy.
Motorola Defy :: Can't Get Facebook People On Contacts List
Sep 26, 2011I use to have a Cliq, but now I have upgraded to a Defy. On T-Mobile network in the US. It has motoblur and is android version 2.2.1. The model number is MB525. Inside of my accounts tab I have:

if I open the google or tmobile accts I can click boxes to sync them, but on the top 4 motoblur accts when i open them it just allows me to put in the login and password.when I go into my contacts tab it shows no facebook contacts. if I click the button on which groups to show it doesnt have facebook as an option, just create new group, all contacts, favorites, family room, and starred in android.
I found one place that said to delete my facebook acct on the phone, turn the phone off, delete the motoblur app on my facebook acct, then turn phone back on and add the facebook acct. I did that and it went back and added the motoblur to my facebook acct, now under todays date, so I know it is accepting the password and making contact with my facebook, it just isnt adding any of the contacts.I also went and downloaded the facebook app on the android store because one site said that would do it.. but alas it didnt. I notice a lot of people are having this problem with non us and non motoblur phones, but mine is US and motoblur.

May 2, 2012So I can receive texts from everyone in my contacts and who I normally text, but this one girl in my contacts has been telling me she receives my texts but then complains when I dont answer her, but I have not been receiving these texts. Jun 21, 2012I recently updated my GS2 i9100 from GB to ICS (4.03) as provided by my carrier (Bell). I am able to pair the phone and media audio with my car stereo (Hyundai Sonata) however I get the message "Unfortunately bluetooth share has stopped" every time it tries to download my contacts to the car. This appears after a minute or so. This was not an issue with GB as it downloaded seamlessly and I was able to use the built in voice calling feature of my car with no problems.The first time the download was tried, the phone rebooted. Since then I have removed the pairing from the phone and car and started over, as well as removed all synced accounts from my contacts except those actually on the phone. Still no luck.

Dec 8, 2014When I try to share a photo on my 6, iCloud Photo Sharing is not an option. I have Facebook, Twitter, Mail, Message, Flickr.
I also cannot receive a shared photo on my 6. I can do both of these on my iPad 2 under the same account.
Under Settings/Photos and Camera, there is no iCloud Photo Sharing.
Under Settings/iCloud, the toggle switch is on for photos. On another note, is there an app for Apple Support?
