I am leaving the country for a bit, and want to lend my phone to someone. Is it simple to backup my phone and restore it when I get it back? Is there a way to copy the backup (say to a USB or something) in case I have a different computer when I get it back ?

If I open a picture, and hit share, nothing happens.
I'm also having the problem with speaker coming on automatically.
I recently bought a Z3+ and I'm very happy with it, except for this issue. When I try share photos to Google+ they never actually get there. When I look at my google+ page there's just a refresh icon.Â
On my phone, I don't get a confirmation that the file has been successfully uploaded like I do when I share to Facebook.Â
I have no problems sharing photos to any other app/service, it's just Google+. I thought it might be some sort of weird photo format issue, but if I copy the photos to my laptop and upload from there then there are no issues.
I would like to find out the extent of the information I'm sharing by installing BBID on my phone.I do not want to share the content of my smart phone, such as: phone numbers, pictures, messages, etc.

Fantastic tool! then I upgraded to ice cream sandwich and now I can't connect either by scanningthe QR or using the previous successful connection.The PC version generates the barcode, the phone reads it successfully and reads "preparing phoneshare", I get a connection PC reads "connecting to smartphone" then "retrieving data from address book" appears on PC app, finally "poneshare ready" on the PC. The connection is not established though and the icons on the PC remained greyed out. The message on the phone app remains "preparing phoneshare" and after 10-20 minutes hangs.I have reinstalled the PC and phone apps to no avail. Is anyone else getting this? Is it a known/unrecognised bug on ICS?

I know you can restore from backup and it will bring in contacts but I really don't want to do it this way since this is normally done when dealing with the same phone account. I was given a copy of fast 5 which was a bluray with dvd and also digital copy.
I selected the digital copy to be in iTunes rather then Windows Media Player since figure more chance of viewing in future if I get a iPad or something.
So it downloaded to my iTunes put it in my movies section, then I connected my iPhone to iTunes and click sync Movies and made sure it was selected.
But now I get a error message stating "Fast Five was not copied to the iPhone "Lanky71" because it cannot be played on this iPhone"

When everything was transfered from our old bb i lost all of the games that were on mine but all of his transfered. One hour later I have to conclude its impossible, because it wants to copy 600 images to my computer FIRST, even thoguh I never told it to. Synch is on manual, and it has to do this first before synching the music. When I first got the phone, teh worst thing about WP was the synching design, which I knew I hated. On android I could copy the music in 1 min and be off, but now I have to settle with the few sings I put on it. Also I cant even delete the 600 images beofre copying them all to teh computer!
