I'm wondering how i can get rid of the word 'sending...' up the top when in messages, in a certain conversation it has been there for days i have gone through the entire conversation and i can NOT find which message it is referring to! as far as i can see all the messages in this conversation have been "sent as Text Message" OR sent as iMessage.

But the status of those two msgs has been changed to 'Deferred' and are not getting deleted. I restarted the mobile, but again its there in the Outbox. I tried PC Suite to delete those messages. But those messages are not getting listed in the PC Suite. Kindly Suggest some solution for this problem

The only option when selecting them is to delete, which removes them from the conversation threads. It doesn't seem to be related to service, but to whether I am using the phone for any other purpose at the time.
2) When connected to a car BT system, shut off car, BT seems to go into a black hole. You can't reconnect, can't make a call (well, it makes a call, but you can't hear anything; can't play music, etc.). The only solution is reboot. This happens with multiple systems in different brands of auto, so not limited to one brnad.
I recently just noticed that 3 of my contacts messages are being stored together when i group messages by contact as well as in the conversation window.The only thing in common with all these contacts is that they all have the same surename because their first names and contact numbers are all different.Is there anyway I can stop this from happening and seperate the messages that have previously been grouped togtether?

I am new to Blackberry Smartphones and bought 9780, I had been using it for about 3 months, Its very new to c all the messages are in default conversation mode, I cannot able to make it into normal view too. And after which when i searched for earlier month messages i found that those are missing and I cannot able to find it else where. I have sent a few iMessages to a person but some of them have been sent as SMS text messages, probably because of bad network. Anyway, all of them have been read (that is what the read receipts account) and yet the line on the top of the screen says 'Sending...' ! But there is nothing to send anymore!
I've already tried quitting the app and turning my phone off/on and since I would like to keep that conversation, I'm not really keen on deleating it.

I have an iPhone 4S and am having problems with the text messaging. Whenever I text someone who does not have an iPhone the message will send in two separate messages.. even if the length of the message is under the 160 character limit. The message will send everything except the last word, then send the last word in another separate message. For example, if i sent something like, "hello how was your day today? mine was great thank you for asking".. it would send, "hello how was your day today? mine was great thank you for" in one message then send another message with just the word "asking". I've gone to the Apple Store & they were NO help & said it was a network problem. I then went to the Sprint store & they said it was not a network problem either. I reset the phone numerous times, then eventually Sprint ordered me a new one which is STILL having the same problem.

My husband carried both our phones to be serviced.. It worked for a few hours and stopped again. We found other ways to send pictures through apps but not everyone uses these apps. Sending pictures only works through imessages but then again not everyone on my contact list has it. Anyone got any ideas or fixes to the problem?

My phone has been working perfectly fine all week, under the same settings. I'm connected to wifi as I'm traveling internationally. I've been using iMessage perfectly fine until just a few moments ago. Messages are no longer being sent/delivered. I tried a soft reset and a restart of my phone, but that hasn't worked. I turned off iMessage and tried turning it back on, now it just says "waiting for activation".

I have verizon. And just recieved a iphone4s for my birthday. If I send a text message to someone who doesn't have a iphone, I guess, when they recieve the message on thier phone it shows up atleast three times. It's quite annoying for people I text daily. If you open up the message tab on your iPhone, go to a quiet room and put your ear right next to the bottom speaker on the phone, you can hear a hissing noise until you close the messaging tab. This is the same for my 4S and my girlfriends 4.
