just got new iphone 4gs and shows like a lock in the upper right corner. When i am viewing pictures or on the web when i rotate my phone the screen won't rotate with it.

When I received it, as I was holding the phone upright (portrait) the photo was showing sideways. I rotated the phone, and the photo rotated yet again so its again sideways to the orientation of the phone. The only way to see the photo in the correct orientation is to hold the phone upside down, i.e. hard buttons at the top. I never noticed this before and it doesn't do it with pictures that were already on the phone. I looked at the one he took on his phone and it is in the correct orientation. I opened the picture both in the stock messaging app and in Handcent and its the same in both.

It isn't natively supported outside the phone, image viewer and browser.if you press CTRL + SHIFT + R on your keyboard then close the keyboard it will turn on/off auto rotate for all apps.Then you can see how BAD some of them look check out the calculator!(press those keys again to turn it back off)

However, my girlfriend and I are currently on a Verizon family plan and despite me constantly explaining how the iPhone will be the best investment she will ever make (I even used to have my own iPhone at the same time as the Verizon phone), she still needs more convincing that AT&T is at least pretty similar to Verizon's service and monthly bill.
Shortened story shorter (the point): I'm looking for some type of up-to-date comparison chart/website to compare the two. I tried Google but couldn't find anything worthwhile. I have a feeling if there's anything out there, MR would know.
I just thought of something else. Incase Apple is so busy tonight that they don't want to cancel Verizon and set me up with AT&T until they "officially" open the store (10am), can I still just pay for the two phones and set them up with our old Verizon numbers and new AT&T plan at a later time? Obviously I would do this to insure I have the phones in my possession and won't need to wait until they have new stock.

I hook it to my computer and itunes comes up and says it has detected a iphone in recovery mode. It asked if I want to restore so I hit restore button and it starts extracting. I get a message: "Uncaught exception: Application_net_rim_bb_file _explorer (1037) is not responding, process terminated. OK. " When I click OK the camera is still on and won't turn off. Got a problem with my 5800 - just today, the touch screen has started being odd. It sometimes works perfectly but then i try and press a button on the left hand side of the screen and it chooses the one at the right-hand side. This obviously makes everything very difficult! Any ideas as to why this might be/how I could repair it? I've tried the touch screen calibration about 10 times, it sorts it out for about a minute.I can send it to Nokia to replace but I could really do without sending my phone away
