I want to overwrite my iphone contacts with my laptop contacts, which I spent the whole weekend editing. I used the settings to do this in iTunes when syncing and it worked perfectly on my iPad, but on my iPhone it just added all the edited ones in to the old ones, so now the iPhone contacts list is worse than ever.

Contacts on my BB Bold 9780 are messed up, while the ones on my desktop are still good. Can I "force" a sync to use the desktop Contacts to overwrite the handheld Contacts?

Having great difficulty in transferring data/photos from my Galaxy S II to my laptop.
