I want to "sync" my phone with the Sync Contacts option checked in iTunes.Will all the contacts in the phone transfer to Outlook on my lap top (and remain in the phone too) and will the Outlook contacts be added to my phone contacts?Note:I have previously synced my music with no problems (phone/lap top the same) and I have created a phone back up using iTunes.

Jul 11, 2011My Tour was damaged by water, and now has no visible screen. I can occasionally get a small red signal on it. Is there anyway to transfer or retrieve my contacts from the phone, or from blackberry. I did not have them properly downloaded on the backup assistant. Can i just activate another blackberry and retrieve them from that, or are they lost forever?

Aug 30, 2010My tour likes to just stop working every once in a while. Case in point: on long drives through the country, i'll be listening to pandora for 4 hours straight then all of a sudden it will stop loading. then i'll notice that teh web browser wont load websites, ubertwitter wont load, facebook wont load, etc etc. The only thing that makes everything work again is to do a battery pull but of course this gets old.Anyone know what the problem is here or anything? I feel like maybe i'm using "too much data at one time" but in all honestly I dont think that's right.

Feb 20, 2010So my Tour bricked after I swapped in a fresh battery today. Everything has been fine. No recently d/l application. I don't know what happened, but it doesn't matter now. I had some trouble getting the device wiped, but it went from Reload Software 522 to Reload Software 507. 507 means it's wiped correct? If so, my next issue is finding the OS on my computer. I went into C>program files>Research in Motion don't see OS 4.7.1.XX. Any help in directing me to my OS would be appreciated. I haven't deleted anything on my computer(VISTA) and I've upgraded OS's a few times in the past. I don't know where it could have gone or maybe I'm just blind. If it is gone, maybe someone can direct me to a replacement.

I've connected my phone to the laptop, its scanned it and says there's over a 1000 pictures to import. Once i transferred them all there's pictures that aren't even on my phone. A lot of them are icons of apps, pictures from the game Top Eleven and some random Facebook pictures?? Why its doing this?

Jul 22, 2015I changed my phone to a camera device on the phone itself so I could choose to import my pictures to my laptop. God forbid its that easy. I opened the folder full of my imported pictures and the folder is just full of random stock photos. None of which were actually on my device. It did manage to copy a few pictures that were actually on my device but even then, it made hundreds of random copies of the same 10 photos. Doing this on my old iphone would've taken 30 seconds. As soon as I my upgrade comes back around i'm most definitely going back to apple. I've had nothing but problems with this phone. I wouldn't even have had to upload these pictures to my laptop if I wasnt going on my 3RD device in the same year.
