IPhone :: Freezes After Jailbroke
Aug 22, 2010I recently jailbroke my phone and I wasn't very satisfied with the result so i set about restoring my iphone through the settings > General > reset method. My iphone then proceeded to restart it self and reboot at which time it froze and became completely lifeless so i did a quick reboot (holding the home and lock button for several seconds hoping it might fix it and it didnt) and now hasnt started for 2 day.
Can someone please shed some advice on how i can fix this problem as the phone will load up as far as the apple symbol and then completely freezes before going to the login screen so i am unable to use my iphone full stop.

Jul 25, 2010I got this iphone used, it was already jailbroken to ois 4 and unlocked (I use T-M) but it was running slow so I downgraded to 3.1.2 and initially, everything was fine. I used cydia to unlock and used it for a few days. I was downloaded some theme in cydia and the file wasn't fully downloaded and cydia closed out and wouldn't open again. I read online that it had something to do with the update and the un-completed download. No big deal, I used iphonebrowser to delete the update files, still didn't open. Whatever, so I restored the whole phone and started from scratch and re-jailbroke it (with redsn0w 0.9.3), and tried to open cydia to unlock and it would look like it was opening and then take me back to springboard. I restored it again and re-jailbroke it with a different version of redsn0w and cydia still doesn't open. I read online to delete the "zottd" files but I looked through every file folder in the phone and I don't have any.

Jun 29, 2012I deleted the backup file while trying to update to 5.1.1. My phone wouldn't update and I read that I needed to delete the previous backup (bad idea). Well after I updated OS I can't backup to get my previous files and contacts. This is horrible and I am lost at this point on what to do. And I haven't been using iCloud.

May 17, 2012When I delete an email on my computer, in Outlook, it does not delete it on my iPhone. However, if I delete an email on my iphone, it will be deleted on my computer's Outlook. When I open an email, in either place, it will show up as read in both. This is whole issue is also taking place with my iPad. Motorola Xoom :: Pictures Deleted In Gallery Partially Deleted?
May 18, 2011I have deleted 4 pictures in the gallery app from the sdcard/pictures directory. I exited the gallery and returned some time later and ther is now a seperate album showing 4 pictures with no thumbnail and the won't open. These blank pics have the same file names as the ones deleted and are stored in the same directory. Getting info on these pics shows the original file size and name, but with a resolution of 0x0 and they can't be opened. Exploring the sdcard/pictures directory with file explorer does not show the 4 files in question.
Update- I shut down my Xoom and restarted. Launched the Gallery app. The blank picture album appeared momentarily and then disappeared.

However I could not recover them as this software was not free. I then downloaded blackberry desktop software and backed up everything. When I downloaded ZAR 9.1 it showed my memory card as being emptied. I then tried the software1 and it showed my memory card being emptied as well.
