Jan 25, 2012I am glad to be a member of the forum and hope I can contribute meaningfully.Here is my problem: I have a BB Bold 9900 recently acquired after using a 9000 for more than 2 years. Recently my email server changed its settings and in order to do the same in the 9900 I went to email settings and was asked for my BB id and password. I had forgotten pw so clicked on 'forgot pw' and the usual pw hint question came up. However the pw I entered did not work - I was given 9 more chances and couldn't get the right pw. So what do I do now

Jun 20, 2012last Thursday I took mi iphone 4s to apple store otay ranch San diego CA my wifi was greyed out & said no wiffi what they did is they restore my Iphone & updated iOS5.1.1 thw wifi is working again now My iphone keeps forgetting my home and work wifi wep key. I can connect to it and its fine and hen i will put the phone down and leave it say 20 mins or even a couple of days and in that time it would have forgotten the wep key and i have to go through the whole process again of putting in the wep key. Its only been happening in the last week. I've only had the iphone 3 months and wondering why its doing this now. Its picking up networks fine and also conecting to them ok, its just the fact that it forgets the wep key this so anoying .

Sep 29, 2014I noticed that after the latest update on VZW my calendar no longer "remembers" all of my events. I also tried using the google calendar app and it does the same thing. If I change the reminder time and save, the calendar will update accordingly but after a few hours it "forgets" everything that was updated. I even removed my gmail account and re added it with the same frustrating result. Adding to the frustration, my N7 has no issues seeing calendar events.

Mar 28, 2012When I'm on my 4S and goto install pending App updates, it requires a password. That password is different than my iTunes store password. Is that correct? I know the password to install the apps, but can't figure why it's different. It seems wrong. My iTunes userid is a "xxxxx.mac" format and when I goto install the apps, it just says my userid is just "xxxxx".BTW, when I plug my 4s into my imac, iTunes does not recognize it. It is recognized on my Macbook. Not a cable or port problem. This is a whole other issue, but I wonder if they're related.
