i keep getting this message "a copy has been placed in your outbox. the recipient (then the email address) was rejected by the server.i know the email address is good .they are the same ones i use from home and also i am just replying.

My phone is trying to send an email that it can't send. The message is in the Outbox. I would like to delete the message but as long as the message is trying to send it, I am unable to. Is there any way to tell it to stop sending so that I can delete it?

I am having email problems. I have several email accounts. I receive email on all of them, but can't send on all of them. Not even a reply. The email accounts that work are gmail and [URL]The accounts that don't send are: 1 account hosted by GoDaddy, and a few accounts on my 2 domains [URL] and [URL] all of these accounts work fine on my laptop via outlook 2007. On my iphone i get emails from yahoo.com and sbcglobal.net email account.I can send thru my yahoo.com email account but when trying to send thru sbcglobal.net account it complains no password provided. View 1 Replies View RelatedI wonder if anyone can help me with this problem please. I have recently purchased a BB-Bold 9700 and transferred my settings from my old Bold. I have to email addresses (both Gmail) registered which appear on my main screen. The push email works fine! However, whenever I send an email, I cannot see the sent mail in the individual email folders but only in the main messages folder which is very annoying and confusing. Here's what I have tried sofar:
1. I tried to go into options and mark "No" in the section indicated hide my sent messages.
2. I tried going into filter and ticking sent messages. They appear but once you press the back button they disappear again.
3. I tried going onto the BB website and I successfully downloaded the newest software update (5.0.0.4) but still it did not resolve the problem....
Do I need to wipe off the whole device? Can someone please help because I'm very confused and frustrated with this issue.....
Recently i've been having problems with the email that i've set up on my phone. Since last evening (3rd May), I've been having intermittent issues sending email through my Yahoo! mail account. Common symptoms include a pop-up window stating:
Cannot Send Mail
The connection to the outgoing server "apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.com" failed. Additional Outgoing Mail Servers can be configured in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Typically, this is followed by the message being place in the Outbox.
Sometimes, the message actually does go out when the iPhone says that is could not send the message.At others, after a very long period of time, the "swoosh" sound tells me that a message was sent.
This is a new symptom and I have not changed my mail settings at all. I have tried deleting my mail account and re-adding the same, but no help. I've tried sending email from another iPhone, same issue. I've also verified that this is not isolated to my account, since my wife was complaining about the same symptom on her phone using her Yahoo! email account.
