IPhone :: Getting Deleted Messages Back?

i deleted messages from my partner on accident i would like them back... however upon following the instructions on the interent i think i may have deleted my back ups (in itunes edit>preferences>device>delete backup and did that cause i thought it was the last back up it would delete, thus allowing me to back up from the second to last one.... it however did not) can i get the messages i sent to them by using my partners back ups? or mine? or are they gone forever?

I have an iphone 4S with IOS 8.1.1. The other day, I was looking back at a text message that a friend had sent me with a picture attached and the picture was no longer available. I tried to download a ringtone and my phone then told me it needed to restore because of the updates. I transferred my purchases over but stupidly didn't make a back up. After restorting I realised the most recent back up I had was for April. So I used that back up. However does anybody know whether it is possible, in any way, for me to get my phone restored back to just before it decided to restore. I've tried looking through the forums but have had no luck.

I updated my iPhone to iOs 5.1 recently. I share my account with two other people and when i was restoring my contacts another person's contacts went on my phone. I deleted them and replaced them with my own since I wrote down my contacts just incase and as I did this it started to do the same to the person whos numbers were restored on my phone. When I tried to get the person's numbers back it downloaded the other person's numbers on my phone. How do I restore the person who lost their numbers and get the other numbers on my phone off?

I need to view a few texts that were deleted from my iPhone 4 (iPhone has not been synced since text was deleted).
how I would accomplish this through backing up my device? From what I understand, if you backup your device, deleted texts are included in the backup file. If I were to restore my iPhone using this backup file, would the previously deleted texts now show back up on the phone? This is the part I don't fully understand.
