I have the BB Curve 9320. Of late I am getting very old messages, messages that I have deleted a couple years ago coming back to my device. Is there anyway that I can stop this from occuring?

View 4 Replies View RelatedSo i have an iPhone 4 and i deleted a mesage earlier today in my SMS (text) as it just was blank and said "Unknown" as the contact. I delete this message and get out of the messaging app and then when i open it back up the same message is still there. So i try to delete it again and the same thing happens. I tried closing the app completely and it still is there after i open it up. I deleted it and rebooted my iPhone and once again it is still there. What should i do to get rid of this "Unknown" message or conversation that keeps apearing?

Yesterday, my Incredible started behaving strangely- First- when i was driving to an appointment, it turned itself off and reset itself. When it rebooted, all my settings (Home wallpaper, widgets, shortcuts) were gone. My contact shortcut page was OK, but other setting wiped.
Today, i am deleting emails from my POP3 account, and after I delete many emails, i return to my home screen. Then i can return to my email account and the same deleted emails are back! I powered the phone off, and powered it on, now my wallpaper is back to default.

i deleted messages from my partner on accident i would like them back... however upon following the instructions on the interent i think i may have deleted my back ups (in itunes edit>preferences>device>delete backup and did that cause i thought it was the last back up it would delete, thus allowing me to back up from the second to last one.... it however did not) can i get the messages i sent to them by using my partners back ups? or mine? or are they gone forever?

It was kinda weird because even after turning the phone off it was still doing it. I decided to take the battery out and put it back in and see if it was going to still do it. After doing that, it didn't do it no more but im still wondering what it was that caused it. When i was messing with the phone before it started doing it i was playing music and then stopped it. No sink backup was mad prior to this and just now have a computer to use to do this or anything else . the security wipe had something to do with spelling blackberry and entering a password . The reason was to delete a certificate but once I enetered the password the screen went white ----a progress bar appeared and when it was done and rebooted all my contacts were gone and the cert was still there.

My emails are being deleted after they are 7 days old and then when I scroll thru my emails it goes to weird dates with only 1 email there. Also, my texts are being deleted after only a few days...so frustrating!!! I have to be able to go back thru my emails. One is if it had a sims card they would still be there. I was told curve with Verizon doesn't have a simscard then I was told they all have one but it is built in. When it came back, the OS was upgraded to 6.0 from 5.0.all is fine except now the text messages are getting deleted after few days...what remains is the name of the sender in green with no message in it. Even in settings, I have kept "forever" in the tab "Days to keep messages" Looking forward for a reply.

How can I fix this? It is extremely frustrating to clean 30 emails at my desk only to find them all still on my BB when I hit the road.
