how I would accomplish this through backing up my device? From what I understand, if you backup your device, deleted texts are included in the backup file. If I were to restore my iPhone using this backup file, would the previously deleted texts now show back up on the phone? This is the part I don't fully understand.

Jun 24, 2010security wipe (not done on purpose ) deleted all my contacts but nothing else . Is there any way by any means to get them back ? No sink backup was mad prior to this and just now have a computer to use to do this or anything else . the security wipe had something to do with spelling blackberry and entering a password . The reason was to delete a certificate but once I enetered the password the screen went white ----a progress bar appeared and when it was done and rebooted all my contacts were gone and the cert was still there.

Jun 20, 2010I just got a new BB 9700. My younger brother had uploaded porn videos in my phone. Later, I deleted them. However, the name of these videos still appear in my playlist.If I say delete a particular item, I get a message: Are you sure you want to delete "XXX"? When I say press on delete icon, nothing happens.I am avoiding formatting the card as I don't want to mess around wth the segregated folder present by default.I have already tried the following things:
1) Pulled the battery and put it back.
2) Pulled out the media card and put it back.
3) Connect it to the computer and see if the videos show up. They do not.

Oct 15, 2014my nexus 5 was having problems, I made sure to select the back up options and did a factory reset. I didn't back up my photos to my google+ page (which I didn't know at the time was a prerequisite) I only had them backed up to my gmail account. So I did the factory reset. Phone had saved contacts, google keeps but no photos or videos. Is their any hope for retrieval?
