As the headline says, i did erase a picture by mistake, and i wonder if there is any way to get it back?. I´ve search on google but only find crap "tips" that tells me to "jailbreak" my iphone. So i wonder if there is any "legit" way to do it?.

I updated my iPhone to iOs 5.1 recently. I share my account with two other people and when i was restoring my contacts another person's contacts went on my phone. I deleted them and replaced them with my own since I wrote down my contacts just incase and as I did this it started to do the same to the person whos numbers were restored on my phone. I need to view a few texts that were deleted from my iPhone 4 (iPhone has not been synced since text was deleted).
how I would accomplish this through backing up my device? From what I understand, if you backup your device, deleted texts are included in the backup file. If I were to restore my iPhone using this backup file, would the previously deleted texts now show back up on the phone? This is the part I don't fully understand.

I had an iPhone 3 that was backed up on my PC's iTunes. It broke, so I got an iPhone 4S. Because of computer issues, I was not able to sync my new iPhone until tonight, about a month after I bought it. I already had some contacts and pictures on my iPhone 4S that were not saved to my computer or on my old iPhone 3. When I synced it for the first time, I restored the data that was on the iPhone 3 and deleted everything on the 4S.
