My voicemail icon has not worked since I have had my phone. I know I set it up and I receive them because when I call my phone number from my phone it says I have new voicemail. How can I get the icon to work/show up?

I have an iPhone 4s running iOS 5.1 (although I had this same issue on my 3GS previously.)I have my calendar and mail synced with my work, which is using Microsoft Exchange. My issue is with the notes in some calendar entries (always meeting invitations.) They don't always show all the note content. Even with the "Show all notes" option is available.It's inconsistent - some show all the note content properly, others don't.

Problem 1:
The camera doesn't work. I open the camera application with both methods (button on side and icon in apps) but it does the red dot thing in the corner for about 4-6 seconds then disappears and applications tells me the app is running. I try to go to the app but it wont go on it.
Problem 2:
The green key, dialler and contacts icon on the home screen do not work at all. I have no way of opening my dialler as there is no option for it.
I updated my firmware to v40.0.005 last week. Please be aware the problems were both there BEFORE i made the update and are still here after the update.Is there any way of doing this without soft/hard resetting. Also, does soft/hard reset mean you lose the data in an app (eg your high scores in a game like bagatelle)?

The home button on my iPhone 4 wasn't working all night long for some strange reason. Then when the phone finally died it would not turn back on when plugged into the wall. The "charging" icon did not even show up! Holding the lock and home buttons does not work.

After the update, my status bar does not show if i am online or not. The T-mobile internet icon does not show up any more. When i click on the bar above i see a red cross on T-mobile internet as if i am not online. Is anyone experiencing this after updating?

For a while now I can only view text messages from the "message" icon on my phone. I used to be able to view 2 different email accounts. The only way I can see my emails now is from the little window just below where the time is displayed.
so I notice when I get a new blackberry bold 9650 I notice that I could receive a cool looking text message icon. However, I need to figure out how could I transfer all my data.The blackberry desk manager never did work on my old phone witch. After plugging in the new phone on my PC it asked if I wanted to transfer my data... So I did.I realized that when I was receiving text messages they were looking more like email icons. I tried to look up in my options and I can't find anything.

Also even though there are multiple unread messages it still shows "1" in the icon.
Tried clearing cache and force restarting the app and still doesn't work.
Is there any way to show battery percentage instead of just the battery icon without having to root or do all kinds of things? Is that option build into the system?

View 5 Replies View RelatedToday I tried to sideload the OTA update to Android 5.0.1 (because my Nexus is root and it would not let me update normally), but there was an error saying missing file in system.img. So, after that, I got stuck at Google logo screen. I entered stock recovery (I never installed a custom recovery) and wiped cache, with no luck. Did a data wipe. No luck. So I tried flashing the factory image for Android 5.0, but right after flashing the bootloader, the device turned off (or it appeared to), the script showed "waiting for device", and the phone never came back. View 3 Replies View RelatedI have searched around and found many problems faced regarding the email icon showing unread emails but in actual fact there are none. My problem however is the opposite of that - there are unread emails but it is not indicating as such.
This is specifically for Gmail as all my other email accounts are showing unread emails just fine. It is a minor issue but it does get on my nerves trying to figure this out.
Recent activities include upgrading OS to OS5 and changing telco, doubt if these are the cause of it. I have tried deleting and creating the email account and battery pull to no avail.

The phone shows 3g and full bars of service, but whenever I try to call with it, there's no sound until the "call failed' tone goes. No ringing, nothing. The tone plays fine, as do music and videos, but texts and calls cannot be sent or received. Considering it got wet recently (I stuck in rice for a few days), there may be some corrosion or something.

All of my other android phones I could either dial by name as in spell it out using the alpha buttons or if I wanted to call my wife and her number is ie. 614-555-5555 I could dial 0067 on the pad and it was the only number with that combo and pop her name up. Now I have to dial 6145555 and it pops her name up. Is there a way to change this??
