Sep 9, 2014I had updated my phone a while back and the wifi has been hit or miss ever since but still could connect enough not to do anything about it.  Don't know why but since my husband updated his phone and connected it to the iTunes account we share none of us can connect to wifi at all. (his will connect but then go back to 3G very quickly). I've tried resetting network settings but it doesn't work. I don't get the option to "forget network".Â

Oct 19, 2015With all of my previous Android devices, I could go into my wifi setting and get to a list of ALL saved networks, even if they are out of range. From there I could tell the device to forget old/random networks that I don't plan to connect to regularly (e.g. coffee shops, doctor's offices, etc). I haven't been able to find that ability on my Galaxy S6.
When I go to wifi settings, I get a list of all networks in range, and I can tap (or long press) and forget those. But I can't find anyway to get to a list of saved networks that are out of range.

May 28, 2012It seems that I have an iPhone that had the password changed and then forgot so ended up locking the phone. Once locked I was advised to go to the Apple store where they said to connect to the original PC, but that machine is no longer available (hard drive crash and wipe). There is no back-up available, so how can I reset the password to access the phone? And then sync (or transfer) the iPhone to a new computer? Any special needs to complete a backup at this time?

Mar 13, 2012After a clean install (restored as a new iPhone) of iOS 5.1 on my iPhone 3GS it keeps asking me the wifi network password every time I want to connect. The system doesn't remember the password. The curious fact is that my iPad 2 isn't affected by this bug. It is on iOS 5.1 too but I simply upgraded it from 5.0.1 without a clean install. Resetting network settings doesn't make it to work, the same with an hard reset.
