I forgot to write down an order number after placing an order for iPhone 4S in online store. How can i track my order status now? I have no apple ID. I remember only e-mail that was placed as a contact info in the order.

So, yesterday morning I got up early and decided I might as well place an online order for the iPhone through ATT.com instead of waiting around and hoping to pick it up in a store. However, my friend told me yesterday afternoon that the local ATT store had some still in stock, so I went over and managed to get one. Yet, I never canceled my online order for the iPhone, and as of this morning it still is listed as processing.
So, will that order eventually be automatically canceled before it ships since I already got an iphone at a discounted rate at the store, or will I get sent another iPhone?Also, could they send me the second iPhone and then charge me the non-discounted rate?
for a very long time I've been searching for a working OVI Store application for my (Don't kill me now!) Sony Ericsson Satio phone (Jailbreaked), which runs exactly the same OS as the Nokia 5800, Symbian S60V5. It is such a pity that I cant find any applications for my SE ANYWHERE, so I've tried numerous versions of the Ovi Store in my phone. One of them started up, but told me "Resource not exist" when I tried clicking something, one of them didn't start at all, and most of them were unable to install.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm seriously considering buying the new iPhone 4. I don't want to wait in long lines for hours like I did before. I am currently with Verizon, but I want the new iPhone.I want to pre-order through Apple online and pick it up at the nearest apple store. Also if I order it like that, does the online Apple store run your credit then, or do they just sell you the iPhone for 199.00 and then you take it to At&t for them to run a check and set it up? I would imagine Apple store would run credit check right then but I'm not sure.
Last year I bought the 3gs at a walk in Apple store. I remember they said I had a problem with At&t I needed to fix first, so I went to At&t, fixed problem, went back to Apple store they sold me the 3gs but could not port my number. Somehow gave me a completely new number, said I had to go back to At&t store to fix it. Went there, At&t sent me back to Apple store and these stores were not even close to each other! Finally got it resolved though. Anyway, I hope I don't have a problem like that again.
I am looking to purchase an iphone 4, and since there are no walk-ins at any apple store i put my name down on the priority list at the Georgetown-DC apple store. Should i just go ahead and order it online or just wait for the priority list?

View 5 Replies View RelatedAn Apple customer service representative just informed me that today, they were informed that there is a limit of only one iPhone for online order per account, no matter what the eligibility of your various AT&T lines are. I ordered each of my iP4's separately, although they're under the same family plan. He said, "It wasn't announced and we, or at least I, was just informed about this today, but you can only order 1 iPhone online. We've actually had a lot of people calling about order cancellations." I specifically asked him why this was the case if multiple numbers on a family plan are eligible for an upgrade, but he was unable to answer. He stated that we would have to purchase our second iPhone 4 in store and that everyone who ordered more than one iPhone will have all but one of their orders cancelled.I've ordered 2 iP4's. One has been shipped, and the other has, "Not yet Shipped." The rep looked up my order for the phone that hasn't been shipped yet and said that there is a hold on it because we're only allowed to order one iPhone 4 online. So, if what this rep said is true, how can so many people claim that both of their orders have been shipped? View 8 Replies View RelatedI thought maybe last year i got lucky and they didn't add the tax on the 3GS, i only got charged 199, the tax never ended up being on my bill. I would have noticed because i am a lucky resident of California, and the tax would have been $68.25, since tax here is 9.75%. I ordered the iPhone 4 early Tuesday morning through the Premier Store, and no charges showed up until today, but it is for the same amount $199. BTW, this is an Individual FAN account for USPS.
View 11 Replies View RelatedAnyone else a bit annoyed that if you made a reservation to get the IPhone 4 on opening day, partly so you could be the first anywhere to get it, you are now getting it 1 day later than others who aren't anywhere near an Apple store and/or chose mail order? Kind of takes a bit of the excitement away from the hassle of rushing to an Apple store on release day and waiting in the reservation line.

I just returned from a two-day road trip and used my iPhone's Music app on shuffle for my soundtrack. I'd like to see a list of the songs that were played (in order) but can't seem to find a log or history. I went to the last song played and tapped the Back button until it reached the first song but I errantly tapped it one more time and it took me to the main menu and I couldn't return to my songs in the order they were played.

Realized soon after that my local REI had it in stock and I had a xmas gift certificate. Went to REI and purchased it - (Canceled my order for the Garmin 910XT in the process) Went back to the site to try and cancel my order but the 'Cancel items or order' button on my order page wasnt' functional. No biggie, I'll call. After being passed around to the same 3 depts TWICE, I was finally told the ecommerce section was closed for the weekend. Once again, I understand that.I then call on Monday, they tell me the order hasn't yet shipped but I'm not allowed to cancel it at that point. Don't quite understand and getting a bit frustrated at this point but whatever, I'll deal. Customer rep tells me that they'll issue a return slip and email it to me.
OK, I'm good with that.Wednesday comes and still no email with return slip. I call, go through the same 3 depts again and get someone else who tells me that it takes a while to get the return slip but I'll have it within 24 hours.24 hours goes by, I call again and get hung up on 3 times in the process before I can ever get to anyone. Once I get someone on the line, they tell me that it should be to me within the next couple of days... A RETURN SLIP?Once I finally lost my temper a bit, they said it would be 'escalated' and that I should be receiving it within a few hours... we'll see. They also let me know that I could not return it without the receipt.Meanwhile, I've completely soured on the one that I purchased and I'm considering returning it as well and changing my order back to the Garmin. By the way, I called Garmin's support team just to compare... night and day!
