Mar 23, 2010I have a Nokia N97 on T-Mobile UK with software v21.0.045 This is the latest version I believe. When I check Nokia's website on how to download the free sat nav version of maps my phone won't let me do it. Nokia says I have to go to applications then sw updates. I do not have a software update option via applications. I can check for sw updates via settings - phone - phone mgmt - device updates - options - check for updates. It appears to receive information from t-mobile but does not display anything on the phone. No options to download ovi maps or anything else. Is there a direct download link that i can simply just click and then install the ovi maps 3.03 from my pc suite's application manager.

I am going into app world, finding the blackberry messenger app and clicking it but its not giving me the download or upgrade option. Only options are reviews, screenshot and summery. How do I upgrade to the new version? I have also tried to upgrade and download through my browser but all links just take me back to my blackberry messenger app with no download/upgrade option. I have checked my memory and have 106.4mb of free app memory so this should be enough as you only need 4.0mb for the new version.

After finally finding a program to transfer my music, etc off my phone to my pc i tried to do it through itunes but it keeps timing out, over and over again. Sep 9, 2014I had updated my phone a while back and the wifi has been hit or miss ever since but still could connect enough not to do anything about it.  Don't know why but since my husband updated his phone and connected it to the iTunes account we share none of us can connect to wifi at all. (his will connect but then go back to 3G very quickly). I've tried resetting network settings but it doesn't work. I don't get the option to "forget network".Â

Jan 17, 2014After updating my 1020 to Black the 4G option disappeared from the Settings (Highest connection speed). Now I can only see 2G/3G, not 4G anymore.
Before the update the 4G option was available, selected and working fine, since my french carrier (free mobile) has LTE activated.
It's driving me crazy, the 3G network with this carrier sucks like hell, but the 4G is very good.
