IPhone :: Cannot View Any Pictures?
May 19, 2012Brand new iphone4 and I can't view my photos. In settings it shows I have 8 photos in memory but in photos all I get is a black screen. Tried a reset and still get the same thing.

1. first pull battery is not working
2. When I had this problem I was using OS 4 so I changed to OS 5 still the same problem

Oct 21, 2012Info: Blackberry Curve 9320 (Package Bundle 7.1) I cannot view pictures sent via text message, it just says ***Not Retreived Yet*** when I press the 'Download Now' nothing happens. I've researched loads of fixes but none work, including battery out, sending one to myself, switching Wi-Fi off etc.I cannot believe I cannot access it, as all other phones I've owned you would just open it up and it's there. You should also be aware I do not have an email account set up on my phone as I just use my main internet for that. I use Wi-Fi on my phone through my internet provider at home and the works when at work so I don't need a Blackberry Data Package as it would be a waste of money for what I use it for.
I wonder where you are actually uploading the picture from when it says 'Download Only' . There must be a way of obtaining an image without having to download it. There's ample additional memory on my phone. I cannot believe you would have to have an email account which I've read.Also when I originally got curious and tried to get an email account it only ever shows 'Enterprise Account', which I'm told is more to do with companies which i don't need.

Oct 30, 2015I was having some email issues where contacts were duplicating, etc. The suggested resolution was to remove the account and re-add it. However now I can't download any attachments or pictures from email messages I receive.
When I try to download and view a document (word doc) that was sent to me, I click on download and get a blank screen with a black box having edit mode in the middle of it.
When I try to download a jpg file I click on preview and use the gallery application. All I get is a black screen with a greyed out picture icon in the middle with an exclamation mark.
I was able to download and view attachments and emails prior to re-creating the email account.
I am using a Hotmail account and my account is set up under Microsoft Active Sync.
