I did download the updated software, then I couldn't view all camera pictures, when trying open any saved picture, it become completely black !!, secondly, all taken pictures by camera are not saved in the gallary, knowing that only 4% used from my memory
View 1 RepliesI've not had my torch 9800 for long. But lately taking pictures the images have been saving as a jpg rem file. Instead of just jpg. Last night I connected my BB throught the usb to transfer some pictures to the laptop but was only able to see a preview of my first few pictures(jpg) and the latest ones (jpg rem) were unable to be previewed, so was unable to transfer! Not changed any thing on camera options so at a lost to why they have changed!

Any picture I take save of have already had on my phone won't allow me to view it in the media folder. Even the sample pics won't give me any options. If I push down on the trackpad or hit the blackberry (menu) button it just sits there. Music, vids, ringtones, everything else works fine. Tried reformatting the card and repairing it and nuthing happened. I'm going to download the current OS for at&t and see if that works. I'm on a bold 9700 on at&t running 5.0.0.405. The only thing that I think has happened between the last time I was able to view a picture was I told it to do a wirelees update and the firmware update completed successfully. Anybody have any other ideas?

I can't see it with the viewer or with Documents To Go. Using the Bold 9930 with latest update from Verizon but I never was able to see them on Blackberry (Any version). Frustation only adds up now that I have the Playbook and I can't see it there too.

View 3 Replies View RelatedEvery picture taken from my Bold 9900 is displayed twice in "Camera Pictures" folder. Same problem with the Wallpapers also. And when I delete any of these two pictures, both gets deleted. That means it's not creating a copy itself. Can't even sroll to the right to check the next picture using trackpad. But scrolling is possible with touch screen after a hard push.

I can save or send and it says my SD card is like not there. I can save a picture if someone sends me on in a text message and it asks where i want to save them and it will take me there but I can access them after that unless I save another picture from another person

When I click the menu button on one of these camera photos the "send.....via email, text message etc " is not in the list of options. If I click the menu button on a picture that has not been taken with my Blackberrys camera the option IS there.I've tried attaching a photo whilst in a text message or an email, it gives me the option "attach" however when I click on the photo I want to attach it wont attach it.
My blackberry bold 9790 phone is no saving images and videos in a file where it can be accessed. When I connect the phone to a computer the images and video are visible but cannot be viewed on the phone. There is no memory card on the phone.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI discovered that when I click Media/Expore only the Device file folder displays. The Media file is gone. My camera had 400+ photos on it, and now it says only 16 pictures available, with 0 items in the Camera Pictures. Not only that, the flash is continually lit, and the device gets quite warm, and the battery runs low quickly. I had not recently done a back up, but when I did, it indicated that there were no photos to back up! There is no SD card installed, never had one. I have pulled the battery multiple times, even over night, and nothing is fixed. The camera was working the night before, and when I went to look at the pics the following morning, the flash light was on, and the file and all photos were gone!

Sometime I carry with me a tape measure and I lay it along the lenght and/r height of the item just to get a rough measurement of the item's dimension.Is it possible for Nokia to develop a camera with a built-in measuring tape that shows up in the pictures taken? The measuring tape should be able to adjust to the distance between the camera and the object so that the actual dimension of the object is measured accurately. If I take a picture of crawling snake from 20 feet away the picture taken should be able to show the actual lenght of the snake.

Here is what I have I done after doing research online
1. first pull battery is not working
2. When I had this problem I was using OS 4 so I changed to OS 5 still the same problem
3. I copied all my file to my computer and format the media card and add back all files still the same problem
I cut and paste my folders w/ pictures from "image" folder to DCIM hoping to see all pictures in TIMESCAPE, but, it seems pictures can be viewed in timescape is limeted, so I "CUT the folders back to the "image" folder, where I put all my pictures when i moved it from DCIM.
