OK, so my iPhone is a second hand phone from a friend. She didn't do anything to the phone (no deleting pictures, emails, messages etc.). So when I go onto the App Store, I can download apps and stuff but I can't update them because I have to put my friends password in and I don't know it. I sign into to iTunes (App Store) and even when I'm on my own account, whenever I want to update the apps, a window automatically appears with her email already default and that I have to type in the password! Extra details:An extra thing to say would be that the iPhone is blocked on O2 and I have T-Mobile SIM card but I'm going to unblock it later on.This means that my phone won't be recognised on the computer at all until it has been unblocked. So I can't update the iOS either!
I updated my iPhone, but when the update is done some of my applications are missing that it should me installed in there. Like inote where you can edit resume just like that. What must I do?
I purchased Numbers and Pages from the App store. My iphone showed that there were updates available. I initiated the updates but neither of the apps ever updated. They are both are in a constant state of "waiting" On my iPad I get a warning that the item is over 50 mb and you must connect to wifi or use itunes on your computer to download it. Not sure how to proceed.
When I install or update the applications from the Apple store, I'm having this message. "This is not a Test User account. Please create a new account in the Sandbox environment." What does it do?Because I can not install or update my applications. Also, I can not open Top 25 into App store.
I have the torch 9800 and whenever I connect it to my computer and use the blackberry software to backup everything and update my apps it always says I need to update the core applications so I just do what it says to do, anyways I'm just wondering if that's normal to have to update the core applications every time I connect it, or is that not normal.
I'm struggling to update my E72's OVI application. It downloads the install file but the install fails. I also cannot uninstall the application.I have updated the phone's software and my phone is on version 051.018.C00.01, which is the current version, according to OVI Suite.

I just bought a new 8520 2 months ago and cannot download any apps at all. When I plug into my laptop I go to the desktop manager to download the latest version and it does nothing but verify the device is connected but when you click to download the latest software it does nothing.

I have had the Nokia internet radio app on my N8 ! I was notified last week of a new update, so i downloaded it via 'the store' and it came up with an error and cant finish the update ! I'm considering to buy the Samsung galaxy s6. today I have the s2. I have a big problem with the s2 - I don't have enough space to update and install applications.my question is if I want to avoid this problem with the s6, do I have to buy the 64gb version, or will the 32gb version would be enough? Before doing the latest update for my N97, applications and widgets ran problem free but since the update applications like Facebook and GameBuzz Widget keep freezing and failing to load both from the home screen and from the applications folder from the menu. I have tried un-installing the applications and re-installing them with no effect.
I just updated my 5800XM's FW to the latest version (40.0.005). After the FW update I can't install any apps on the phone. When I try to install an app, it gives an error Unable to start operation. Installer already in use. I tried again after restarting the phone, but still no change.

After upgrading my N8 to belle, handy safe pro application is lost (as joikuspot, some online banking utilities and several other applications.) I must get my data from handy safe pro, because I have some really valuable information in the application. Is there a patch or some other way to open handy safe pro again with the same data file, or any official way to downgrade Anna? I will get my data and probably upgrade to belle again.
