Aug 17, 2012Word documents are only partly opening on my SII. eg only the first two pages of an 8-page doc, or six pages of a 20-pager.he problem doesn't seem to be application-specific because it's the same in Polaris Office or OI File Manager. The files themselves are complete - if I connect the phone to a PC using usb and open the files on the PC, the documents open with all pages, but on the phone only the first few pages are shown.

Apr 20, 2012Quite often when I access voicemail on my screen, I hit "Play" the message, Siri opens up. I try and close it down and hit play again and it keeps popping open.I end up having to restart the entire phone. I am also noticing my voicemails are severly delayed in showing up as messages on my phone. Sometimes a few days later it will show i have a vm and when I listen to it, it was recorded 48 hours earlier. This is not consistent but intermittent.

Dec 5, 2014All I want is to have docs I create in Pages or Word to go back and forth between my iphone and my macbook. I created a folder called Shared on my Mac, added docs in that folder to File Sharing in itunes. One is a Pages doc, the other a Word doc. I synced using a cable. Neither doc showed up in Pages on my iphone. I created a doc in Pages on my iphone and shared it through itunes to my Mac. This doc showed up on my Mac. I edited it and saved it. The edits did not transfer to my iphone. This sync functionality has to be there. I must be missing something obvious.

Cseries :: Cannot Open Links From Mail / SMS?
Feb 10, 2012I upgraded my C7 to Belle now. Bad news: When I receive a mail or SMS that contains a link to a web page, I cannot open it. What happens is:I first get a notification sying 'Loading'. Then, one or two seconds later, it says 'Loading failed.
I am not 100% sure if this started with Belle. I installed quite a few application after I upgraded to Belle, so maybe it's one of those that causes the problem.
What I did, of course, was to check Application Settings > Default Applications > Browsing internet That's set to 'Internet', which I believe is what it should be. (I also tried to reset everything there, still nothing.)
I really, really, really wouldn't want to wipe the whole phone, re-install belle, re-install all of the applications.Is there a way to check what really gows wrong and fix it?

When I try to open this envelope, the phone takes me straight to compose a new email. Jun 20, 2011I have a brand new E7 configured with my corporate Exchange 2003 server account and my private gmail. E7 runs the most current SW P1.1 014.002.263.03.Mail/calendar/contacts sync works but opening a received mail with any attachment listed (even how tiny, like 1kb jpeg) on the mail application takes ages. If I click on a message on the mail list it can take upto 30 seconds before the screen shows the message. During the time the phone freezes, even the hardware buttons are not responding. The symptom is the same on Exchange and Gmail accounts. Messages not having any attachments open in about 4 secs. I have tried to delete the accounts etc. but no joy.The mails are received as push, I have tried also scheduled receiving, offline mode etc. but the speed is the same. Is anyone else seeing this and is there anything to be done? The speed of the mail application is so poor that it prevents me to use the E7 as the business phone.
