Mar 20, 2012I upgraded to iOS 5.1 and now my cameral lock screen doesn't work. The screen does a short "bounce" and then does nothing. It desn't matter whether or not I had just been using the phone and don't need the password or not. It also doesn't matter whether or not I single-click or double-click it. I get the same result.

Aug 12, 2010I jailbroke my phone using jailbreakme.com. Come to find out you are unable to change the homescreen wallpaper. Between this forum and a website I found I was able to do a work around. But the website I found had told me to add a source which I did. Now when I go into Cydia it gives me an error saying something about along the lines of it is unable to fetch it. So assuming it is unable to fetch it I guess it's doing no good to have the source but when I go to manage and sources it is not listed. How can I get rid of this error?

The only options I get are up to five minutes and down to thirty seconds. Setting up my phone for the first time, I'm trying to download a lot of music in Groove. This'll take all night, so I wanted to leave it plugged in, unlocked and downloading.
I did this on my L930 with Win10 on it... But the XL is now showing "Never"
Anyway to turn off the lockscreen timeout, so I can let Groove do a lot of music downloads?

Dec 25, 2014I have a Galaxy S5 and I have tried changing the lock screen wallpaper using the common method described (ie. tapping on a spot on homescreen and clicking set wallpaper for).The problem is, when I do that, it does not give me the option of homescreen/lockscreen, but says "select wallpaper from" (options: gallary, live wallpapers, wallpapers). When I choose from pics in my gallary, it automatically sets it as homescreen wallpaper (no option for lockscreen).
The only time it works for the lockscreen is when it's in the "wallpaper" folder (the one with preset Samsung wallpapers). I've tried looking for this folder to add pictures to it, but I can't seem to locate the folder.So, where this folder is located or better yet, know of another way in which to set the wallpaper for the lockscreen from the gallery or other folders?

Dec 17, 2010I've just registered on here after searching for a similar issue without luck, so apologies if I've missed a thread!Carried out the 2.1 upgrade the other night, and since then whenever I write a text message, the suggested word box only gives me words from my contacts list. e.g. if I write "to" the phone suggest "Tommy" and I then need to manually select "to" from the list of words.
It makes no difference whether I have the spellcheck set to auto, manual or off I get the same suggested list - it's as if the phone has lost its dictionary, and can only use the contacts list as a point of reference.

But most of all that makes me mad is that the upgrade changed my notification sounds I had customized. not only that now I can not select my favorite sounds for specific notification. can only get sounds and ringtones that are on Lollipop by default.
