Aug 11, 2010Some 3rd party apps are crashing after 1-3 seconds when i launch them. I have tried different versions and they should have iOS4 supported. It happens to specific apps no matter what version i have on them (Camera+, Bejeweled, Fruit Ninja).

Apr 19, 2015I am using a Lumia 1020 and it worked perfectly for almost 2 years until today... I installed time lapse studio excited to make time lapse videos... And then created a project from my files and deleted the picture file in the app and then found that it actually deleted every single photo in my camera roll and all other albums were also empty. Now have been trying for almost 4 hours to get Lumia camera to open but it crashes on launch. I tried many soft resets and re installed the app twice but no results.

Nov 3, 2015This started happening today for some reason. If I try to launch Asphalt 8 on WiFi the game just force closes at Gameloft splash screen after a few seconds. If I turn WiFi off and data on it launches, and once I'm in game I'm able to turn it back on and then it doesn't crash anymore. Same goes for Modern Combat 5, with the difference that without at least data it asks you to switch it on so I can't even use that workaround, so I can't run the game whatsoever. The apps are regualrly purchased, in case you're wondering... I'm currently running XtreStoLite 2.4 with Adam kernel and Xposed.

Feb 4, 2015I really love the Motion Launch gestures except the volume button that wakes the phone and launches the camera app.
Launching the camera app by mistake is annoying and it happens from time to time.
I tried Settings > Display & gestures > Motion Launch gestures but it looks like I'll have to disabled the whole thing.

Apr 16, 2010I updated my 3g from 3.0 to 3.1.2 and none of my 3rd party apps will open. Ive tried restoring and redownloading the apps and they still crash. I can use my cracked apps but not my apple apps. Does anyone know how to fix this.

Jun 21, 2010While some of this is probably because of it being new software and not every app has been updated for it, but certain apps have been crashing on launch, or with in moments of using it. And using some games have made the game it self very laggy, where as it was fine on 3.0 examples being sonic, and madden 2010. Many of the other tasks on the phone seem quite snappy though.I do have the GM version, but the build is apparently the same.

Nokia :: E52 Keeps Crashing After FW Update / Soft Reset
Jul 12, 2010it all started with my memory card being corrupted somehow - I found some topics that recommended resetting the mobile - which I did after backup up the contents of my memory card (original Nokia 8GB) - I did the same some time ago and it worked flawlessly back then - but not this time. After copying / formatting the memory card all my applications where gone - restoring the previously backed up files didn't work this time. Additionally when I tried to access/change anything Theme related or try to use the mode switcher the handset crashed every time. My next thought was - maybe there are some leftover settings - maybe a reset will help. The reset did work so far - but the problem with Themes remains. Additionally I am no longer able to start the OVI store application, nor the Advanced Call Manager application that I downloaded from the Ovi store before it stopped working.I did reinstall the firmware now but this didn't solve the problem either. Accessing anything theme related (even installing new ones) triggers a restart of my handset.Did anybody experience some similar behaviour?

When I frist installed lollipop I guess 2-3 weeks ago a lot of stock apps issues a master restore fix all but the popup for contracts. Aug 31, 2011I have applied the Anna update SymTorrent is now crashing and doesn't work anymore. It opens, lets me select the torrent file, searches for any previously downloaded files for this torrent, the torrent is shown as paused, then SymTorrent just disappears.

Jun 16, 2010Due to some AT&T glitch I was one of the few that couldn't pre-order until about 5 hours ago. Now the iPhone is only shipping by July 14th. If I go ahead and order one on Apple's website for my line will I still be able to wait in line on launch day and buy a phone for that same line (with my upgrade) or will I then be forced to pay the $599/$699 price point (due to me having already ordered one on Apple's site)?
Right now I'm eligible for the $199/$299 price point.

Jun 19, 2010Apple and ATT have really messed up this release with the iPhone 4. First no statement about the iPhone 4 and now there canceling peoples contracts giving stupid excuses. How didnt the have time to ramp up the production. If im right wasnt gizmodos prototype which was basically a finished product come out about 3 months ago? Why not have enough for launch day? Wow apple can atleast explain about the white iPhone.

Done a full restore with no joy(and another problem, iTunes wiped my iPhone 4 back up when I just choose to call my restore iPhone 'iPhone' to test it out - is my back up lost forever? I'm assuming if I take it back to the Apple store at the weekend, if they have stock, they'll have to give me a brand new replacement? It's just over a week old, so I'd want one in a sealed box!

But since then my messages app won't launch, no matter wether I access it from homescreen, multitasking or notification center. It only works sometimes when I go to contacts and send message.
