How do I add an additional emoticon keyboard to my iphone if I download the emoticons as an app? Since I already have the emoticon keyboard added that came with my phone, it seems I can't add more emoticons.

I purchase the lumia 900 and overall I'm very happy with it. My suggestion is to make an option in the settings under keyboard for 'show emoticon key'. Most people don't use/need 50 smiley face options, and I'm perfectly fine with typing : and ) every once in awhile when necessary.I'm left handed, and use my left thumb to hit the space bar when texting/emailing. About 50% of the time i accidentally hit the emoticon key and start typing all sorts of smiley faces, then have to hit the backspace key. I lose about 5-10 seconds every text message.

I purchased the $100 per year additional storage, however, upon purchasing it, my phone has still not upgraded to the additional storage and will not allow me to take anymore pics; it says go to settings & upgrade storage, I did that already, but it is still reading the old 5 storage bites. I do not know what else to do! I tried to reboot my phone, that did not work, after rebooting I thought perhaps if hooked it up to my laptop and tried to sync it that might help, it says itunes cannot sync due to not having enough storage, go to settings to upgrade storage.

I have an iPhone 5s and my husband has an iPhone 4. We have the same iOS (7.1.1) and use the built in Messages app to send text messages. When I add an emoticon such as the smiling face with heart shaped eyes, my husband gets only an empty speech bubble. Â
I am choosing emoticons from the little world shaped icon beside my microphone, and if I choose the first emoticon - the regular smiling face, he gets that, but most of the others result in the empty speech balloon. Â
He can send me emoticons such as the smiling face with heart shaped eyes, and I receive the text just fine. Why his phone will not receive those texts?Â

How to permanently remove lock screen? I have it in settings>security>screen security>screen lock: none but I still have to swipe to unlock.
Second are the horrible emoticons that came with the latest update. Not only they are ugly and useless but even when I use them, recipients don't get them, regardless of the phones. I use default keyboard, like it, don't want to install a new one.
I'm trying to figure out how to add smileys in my txt messages. I can see a little smiley face on where you touch to get numbers and punctuation but can't get actual smileys. What I have to do to switch from one to the other?

I installed the Dutch language with the application loader.Than I went to "Languages" on the Blackberry, but I can only change the input language to Dutch.Should the installation add Dutch display aswell or does that depend on the carrier?
I hit my stock weather widget to open it up for further detail and it just shows my current city/location.
In my S3 and wife's Note4 there was a "+" button which allowed you to add cities.
I am having some trouble adding a new MS Exchange email account through BIS to my blackberry that already has an enterprise activation (eg BES) to a different Exchange account. When I create the Exchange setup in BIS, the device never receives any email or calendar events from that account. Synchronized items only list "deleted" and nothing else.
This used to work before my corporate mail was migrated from Lotus Notes. Previous setup had BES activation with some kind of Notes conduit and I added the BIS setup for a new exchange account with a different company. This worked fine until corporate mail was moved to Exchange and I had to wipe my device and reactivate with a new BES.
Now the BIS setup just will not work. The account is created fine. I do not get any login errors. It says the account was successfully added. The problem is that the only item listed under "Enabled Synchronization Options" is Deleted items with a green checkmark. No other items are listed like Inbox or Sent.
I see the 3 default ones but can you make more of your own?

Let me tell you I own 8250 and did manage install additional language into mine, but will it be possible to use the same link and instructions on her device as well as I did use on mine? Or it has to be different just because we do have different series?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI can no longer download the "additional data" most games force you to download to play them. You buy the game, that downloads the initial data to download the rest of the game etc...I get that far and then I got to the app and it asks "The game needs to download an additional (insert amount here) of data. Would you like to do that now?" I press yes and it starts downloading. Each game gets to about 7 percent, then it say "There was an error would you like to restart the download?" It keeps doing that over and over again, there is nothing I can do to get around it. Note that I've downloaded a few games now without issues, a few of the new games I just purchased are from the same developer. However getting tired of it i decided maybe its just the wifi and now i'm doing it through 3G...so far its gotten half way, but being 3G its slower and I don't want to be forced to use this everytime i buy a game...I have about 4 new games i can't download the data too through wifi and can't return because the time frame is up....

I tend to keep my phone's home pages as minimalistic as possible, only have one, and use Circle launcher on that one page to access my most used apps.
