May 22, 2012I forgot to charge my phone so it died. Then i charged its and the phone didn't connect to the charger and said that i need to connect with itunes. I did and when i connect my phone to the Itunes and it said that i need to restore my phone and download new version. I did both. But i did not see my phone update new version ( 5.1.1). But i still dont know why after that my phone block. i had to setting all things. my phone did not accept my sim ( t-mobile). my phone said i need to insert the sim even i already did?

Dec 14, 2015I have a Nexus 6 running Android Marshmallow, though this was happening with Lollipop too. Randomly, my default ring tone, messenger notification, or gmail notification will change, either to no tone, or just a single repeating beep. When I check the settings, the selected sound ends up being a 5 digit number. For example, my messenger tone is now 53918, no sound plays. Annoyingly for messanger, it will change the notification for all my conversations to 53918. So even if I change the default, all active conversations keep the "number sound."

LG G4 :: Phone Died While Charging
Jun 23, 2015I plugged the phone in at about 15% and I started to play a little game. Not sure how long I was playing maybe 10-15 minutes. When I looked the battery was at 6%. Phone was on the charger! I then exited the game and put the phone down and started some cleaning. About 10 minutes later I went back and the phone was down to 2%!!! I couldn't understand what happened. This is exactly what was happening with my s3 before I switched to this phone. I unplugged the phone to make sure it was plugged in correctly. When I unplugged I got the notice that there was no power left and it shut down. I can't even tell what was running or if the game was still running.

Apr 6, 2012My iPhone 4 is on AT&T network, and the voicemail greeting will not change. I've saved it under Visual Voicemail, and it plays if I play it there, but when somebody calls, it plays my old one. I have tried setting it by calling my voicemail and changing it there, but that still doesn't work. If I play my voicemail message from calling my voicemail, it plays my new one. When people call, it still plays my old message!

Jul 11, 2013I bought my HTC one 5 weeks ago. I powered off last week and the phone would not come on when I went to power up again a couple days later. Took it to the dealer who said he has not seen this happen and also could not get it to work. I asked him if all my photos, videos etc would transfer over to my replacement phone once I received the new one. He said not if I didn't back them up online! I hadn't done that yet since I have only had the phone a few weeks but I have taken a ton of pics and video of my kids and I am desperately wanting to know if there is a way that I can transfer these things to my new phone. He said because he can't even get my phone to power on there is no way to upload these things now and I will lose them I received my new phone today but before I set it up I need to know if there is any way for me to save my pics, etc.

Nov 3, 2010I am not sure if others have a similar problem.but here it goes.so I got my Vivaz Pro in Hong Kong around July and I brought it back to Toronto, Canada.The phone is nice all along. However, in September (2 months after I bought the phone), the battery is starting to warn out for some reason.I have charged it for the whole night and it only charges for half the amount.Sometimes, is not even charge for the 10%.So I have thought is the battery's problem and got another back up battery.But nothing have changed, the phone is still not charging the battery.I read somewhere that this problem is because there is some error in the phone's motherboard itself, not a battery problem.Can anyone verify the above information?What should I do now since I am in Canada and Vivaz Pro is actually not out in Canada?My phone is still under a 1-year warranty, but I am not too sure if this goes international (like I can still send it to Sony Ericsson Canada for repair?).Someone please help me!

I tried to turn it on, but I just got the low battery sign. I remember this happened on my old phone, so I just let it charge for the night. Unfortunately, when I woke up this morning it still wouldn't turn on. Didn't even get the low battery sign. Soft reset does nothing. Both of my computers did not even recognize that anything was plugged in. The only thing is, last week when I charged my phone I got a message saying something along the lines of your phone is charging slow because you're not using the stock charger.

Jun 20, 2015My Lumia 1020 screen went black earlier and the phone switched off. It won't switch back on and soft resets are having no effect. The Windows light isn't coming on when I connect it to the charger or a computer.
The phone was charging and in use when it switched off. I've had some problems with it recently (mainly it freezing and needing a soft restart) but nothing like this.
