I got my iPhone 4s last September and since then I've updated the firmware twice hoping that would solve the problem but it didn't. When I hold an app to delete it, it does start to wriggle immediately but when I press the delete button it takes more than 15 seconds for the are you sure message to pop up. I don't normally delete apps so I keep forgetting that that bug is there but when I do delete apps its when I urgently need space to take a video or something so when it takes me over ten minutes to just delete a couple of apps and yes it doesn't happen for just one delete it happens for each delete. Ever since I upgraded to 5.1.1 the freeze time decreased a bit to 15-30 seconds it used to be longer but I could really use a permenant fix for this.
Info: iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1, Been happening since first use
I was filming a video (ice bucket challenge)Â and I didn't interfere with the record button. But after the challenge was done, it froze (the buttons on the display weren't working) and I pressed the off button so it went back to the home button. It then took like a minute to process and the video appeared in photos but it only recorded 32 seconds and I need the remaining 30 seconds. Is there a way for me to get it back?
If I press the button on top of my Bold 9790, the screen will go to sleep (like it's supposed to) but only to two seconds... Then it awakes again.. Can some explain this? And possibly a solution to fix it as well? I just bought it 2 weeks ago, not a scratch on it...
I did a few searches and didn't see any topics regarding this. If it exists, i'm sorry but I didn't find it.I was wondering if it were at all possible to get the phone to allow me to send videos longer than 30 seconds.
Does anyone know why it takes my Atrix so long to wake sometimes? There are times I will hit the power button and I can count off one thousand one, one thousand two, up to one thousand six before the screen will light up and then it lights up for just a second and then it goes dark like it has timed out because of inactivity. It is a real wonderful feature when I am showing off my state of the art, top of the line, Android Flagship Motorola phone to people. It does this regularly if I have not used the phone for more than an hour or so and sometimes it will happen sporadically during periods where I check the phone every few minutes, like when I am expecting important emails.
I did a factory reset and removed all of the factory bloatware apps and updated my phone so that it is current on .83.I did not put any apps onto the phone, I left it alone, just set up my accounts. And the phone still has the problem with the long wake cycles. So I went ahead and put my apps back on my phone.Oh, and I tried with and without the SD card in the phone as well. Checking all possible variables. So does anyone else enjoy such long awakening cycles or am I the lucky one here? Does my Atrix need to go on permanent vacation at the AT&T store while I acquire a replacement? Or is this the nature of all Android devices and I should just suck it up?
i have a problem with video playing. i put some video from my pc via nokia pc suite and convert it to my n97. iit`s playing only few seconds and then the video stops but sound is still playing. i tried put the video without converting in mp4 formate but it`s the same. if i try to play some downloaded video from ovi or some carptured video it plays with no problems. i`ve already tried to reinstall my frimeware but it didn`t solve the problem...video : http://www.Internet.com/watch?v=ebhub4qetys
Over the past few days i noticed my curve has been running very slow. That little hour glass turns for a few seconds (somtimes longer) whenever I try to open any program or app. I also noticed that my texts and emails have been deleting themselves, im assuming because of the lack of memory. I deleted some apps I dont use anymore like Twitterberry and Weathereye but that didnt help much. What else can I do to free up some space so its running smooth again?
If I record a video on my N8, then replay it through my TV via HDMI, the video starts OK, then stutters after maybe 30 seconds and then a message pops up quickly (too quick for me to read) and then the video stops replaying and the phone goes back to the home screen.
The apple logo appears for 5 seconds then disappears for 10 then appears for five and so on. I can get it to the connect to iTunes screen but as soon as I unplug it from the wall it shuts off completely. A laptop with iTunes isn't enough to power it up.
I have problem with videos RECORDED BY Nokia 5800XM, during the recording picture freezes every 5-6, sometimes every 10 seconds. During the playback is same situation, screen freezes but audio continues. Then video arrives audio and after few seconds freezes again and audio continues.
As it says above. Press record and you get a regular freeze of the picture every few seconds its consistent and shows when playing the video back.Restarted the phone and the 1st record was fine. Then back to a rhythmic sequence of motion, frame freeze, motion, frame freeze.Anyone else seen this or have a cure ? Or is it a known bug ? Just been out in the snow and REALLY wanted to record my daughter on the sledge for the first time.
when I try to play vids in the nokia 6275i the video freezes after a couple of seconds but the sound continues to play. This is a new issue that is happening on videos the previously played fine so it's not a issue with the video but with the phone. I called Virgin but they said the phone is past it's warrenty date so they won't do anything about it, I was wondering if anyone here knows how to fix this problem.
I've had my Hazel since May, and it's been nothing but great so far Until recently I noticed that the video recording function has been acting a little weird. It stops recording by itself after about 55 seconds, and it's getting really annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this? Oh, and I dropped the phone twice a few weeks back but i don't think that should impact anything. Everything else is working just fine.
They never told me that video will be out of sync with the music by 5 seconds. I tried all software and all conversion options trust me. I am taking it back right away. I hope Sony feel happy they made a lot of money selling this junk that doesn't work properly. I am now awaiting the final decision from small claims court, trying to get all my money back. This phone has made my life a living nightmare and I will not let the crooks at Sony and Orange get away with this.
I have the RZar phone with Verizon Service (don't know if that makes a difference or not) and have a 1Gig Micro SD card installed. I have the video set to save to the SD card and my phone only records 13 seconds worth of video. Shouldn't it record more video than 13 seconds if I have the SD card?
When I attempt to stream a video on my Razr Maxx from my home PC it freezes for a couple seconds every 5 seconds of playback. Is there something that needs to be changed to avoid this "buffering" issue.
Home PC - 3.6Ghz / 4 GB Ram / Cable Internet 100 Mbps / 590GB or 995GB free HD capacity. Phone connecting over 4G.
I updated 3 weeks ago my E72's firmware, after i done this my phone became a "little" slow.
If I use my video camera the image gets to be stuck every 5 seconds, when I watch the video on my pc or even on the E72, the sound is good but the images are most of the time mixed up or stuck...
also: when i put up a connection like making a call or browsing on the internet, the time it takes to connect to the server is ALOT longer...the camera and the connection worked a bit better before the firmware update...(BTW this is my first bad xp with Nokia, normally a business phone is close to bug free. This is close to no-wurth-selling...)
It seems that after the last iOS update (5.1) I now have to type in my passcode and unlock my phone before I can use Siri to make a call or text. WTH? That completely defeats the purpose of using Siri at all for those tasks! Please tell me why this wasn't introduced as an option rather than FORCED on me. Or explain how I can get Siri back to how she was before, so I can make calls while driving. It is EXTREMELY unsafe to take your eyes off the road and stare at your phone while you type in the passcode so you can make a call. Siri was perfect before.
when in text message conversatin with someone, the automatic ballon from them does not show up. I get the recieve sound and the (1) in the message icon at the top. I have to click out by selecting"messages(1)" icon then click back in to view the message.
Verizon Xoom 3.2 Watching a movie that I transferred to the Xoom from my computer like I've been doing for months now (even after the 3.2 update). Paused it to take care of some things. Come back in about 20 minutes and the Xoom is locked up. Had to do a volume up/power button to restart it.After restarting, movies won't play. Neither will video taken with the Xoom. When I go into Gallery and touch a video, the screen sort of dims but nothing else happens. Normally when I select a movie, I get a choice of stock player or RockPlayer. If I open RockPlayer from my Apps, I can play the movie.I did an additional power down/power up but still video will not work.
