I just suddenly noticed that my iphone4's flashlight keep on from yesterday, even I didn't turn on any app. I tried to switch off the iphone, but it still doesn't work. I haven't charge for the phone from the before yesterday, now the battery is about to die and I cannot switch on the cell phone because of the low battery; however, the flashlight still on.

Why is this stupid phone constantly switching off by itself? The other night it could not stay on for 5 min, every time I try to write a message the freaken thing reboots.Tonight again, busy typing a message, it switched off, rebooted and restarted.When all sort (well so I thought) I try to carry on with my message that was mostly wiped off, just as I started typing again, boooooommmmm we go again.Is there no setting or something? I Synced my phone and afterward my flashlight and flash won't work. Have tried tired reset with home and sleep button. Have switched it off completely, reset in setting and even backed up and restored via iTunes. I haven't dropped or wet my phone at all. I really would like to think it is a software problem not something wrong with the hardware !!!

I bought my unlocked iPhone 4S in Maryland in January. I have been using the phone in India since the past couple of months and now my camera hardware doesn't work for no fault of my own (apparently it's due to humidity). Apple Support India will not repair a phone that's not bought in India, and I won't be returning to the US for another few months. What should I do?
P.S. Paid $650 instead of $200 so I could use this phone anywhere in the world but what they didn't tell me that I couldn't fix it anywhere in the world (were something to go wrong.)

After a day or two of use the flashlight came on and I can't get it off (unless I remove the battery). I am not sure if it is related to the firmware update or some other issue.
