IPhone :: When Will Apple 4 Shipping Status Change

I was one of the fortune ones who secured new Iphone 4s for my wife and I. Pre-ordered through Apple got the June 24th date.I never got a confirmation email, and my CC has never been charged, but when I go to Apple Store website my order status reflects the two phones ordered each with a unique Apple order number.
For those of you who done the pre-order thing on launch day in the past, when do you expect CC to be charged and shipping status to change? Here is the text from Apple.com store order status page:

So my pre-order thankfully went through and I checked the box for the $10 2-3day shipping even though I knew the free shipping option was overnight duh lol.

This is getting ridiculous. Now Apple basically got rid of all the bumper colors except for black. Black is the only color available for the "free case" program and no bumpers are for sale outside of that program. So I can't buy a different color even if I wanted to pay them $30 for it. They're effectively discontinued for now. I know they'll come back eventually (with the white iPhone) but for now it's "You can have any iPhone you want, as long as it's a black iPhone with a black bumper".

Can anyone enlighten me on how to change the status bar so it can include a logo (beside carrier) like I've seen on several posts (apple logo, oo7 logo, etc).
I tried SupremeSettings but that only let me change the carrier text and also proved to be quite conflicting with other apps until I removed it. I'm running 3.1.2 so some older mods don't work either.

My apple id used to be connected with visa debit card, now the card isn't active anymore since I stopped funding it. I cannot download free apps using my apple id because it keeps on telling me that I should update payment method. I don't use any credit card anymore. There is no "NONE" option in the payment methods. What do I do now? i only want to get free apps and retain my current apple id bec i need it for updates.

I have tried AT&T website and it will not let me preorder since the billing is a PO Box and doesn't give me the option to change shipping. Unable to get through Apple store yet, so I don't know if it is a problem there as well.

why does updating facebook status via timescape app in sony xperia neo l shows "via xperia play" instead of via xperia neo l... I was told by a sony rep to uninstall facebook app but apparently fb app is preinstalled hence cannot be uninstalled so I was told to email fb app developer but I didn't get any response from fb developer.

I am willing to bet that the orders, which are shipping now, are coming directly from the factory as compared to orders coming from Apple and ATT&t's local stockpile.
So don't fret if your order has not shipped yet as most likely it will ship directly from a warehouse somewhere here in the United States.

The free,"Find my IPhone" app I installed says it needs updated (and the other 4 free games I have) but when I try to update, the Apple ID comes up with my husbands email, not mine. He has an Ipod and an ITunes account, no IPhone. I haven't purchased anything yet, but did created an ITunes account. Maybe it's something with that, but I can't figure it out. I tried logging out of ITunes and logging back in, same with the Iphone-settings, store, logged out and back in (and it shows my correct account). I also synced my phone. Itunes shows my name at the top, too.
