IPhone :: What Is Best Twitter Client For?

I am trying to get into this whole twitter thing and wanted to know what the best twitter client is for the iPhone, free or paid.Please, any suggestions would help because I don't want to spend unecessary money in the app store if a free version is that much better than a paid version. However, if a paid version is the best, then I will purchase it that.
You can suggest Apple App Store apps or Cydia apps. I have an iPhone 3G jailbroke with blackrain.

I can't get the default email client to behave like a pop3 client. Apart from some small bugs, like if inbox is empty you can't get to your sent folder, I can send and receive emails properly. However, I can't find a normal pop3 setting Leave mail on server. Which means it will download all new messages from the server, and nothing else.Now it more or less behaves like a mapi client and syncs against the server and removes all messages from the inbox that I have deleted from the server. But I want to have the messages on the phone until I delete them.Any email program out there that I can use on the Nokia E7 that can be used as a normal pop3 client? Apart from this email problem I would say that Nokia E7 is the best phone I have had so far. If I only could get the Nokia E7 hardware and use N900 software it would be perfect

I would like to be notified within a timely manner of receiving new emails without manually having to open the mail client. However, I do not want to enable push for all my apps as it is a significant drain on the battery. Currently, my mail schedule is set to fetch, but it does not show me new messages without opening the mail app. I used some of my other apps this morning to make sure the wifi was up and active and it still did not fetch anything until I opened the mail client.

I currently use a third party application (GoodReader) to send MS-Office documents as email attachments. Is the an application or extension to the Apple iOS Mail client that will allow me to attach these files without the use of a third party application?

All this time iPhone was out on the market, i needed a way to make the Mail.app to scan into my email folders. i have a Yahoo! account set up and it's only for the Inbox. i have filters/rules that redirect emails to certain folders in the yahoo email account, but the iOS Mail.app doesn't scan in there. is there an alternative? other than entering - step by step - in all the folders?

I have within the last few days, changed my password on my Twitter account. I went to the settings app on my 4S and went to the Twitter section and went to log in with my new details for my account, but it wont let me log in. I can enter my Twitter usernam and password and I get the 4 ticks appare on the screen and then when I go to my Twitter app I get a message to go back to the settings app and re-enter my Twitter password. This I have done now several times and still nothing. I have all so tried to un-install the app and remove my details from the Twitter section in the settings app and then log all in again and it still does not work. I have done this in several different ways including performing a soft reset on the phone and clearing out the cache and cookies in the phone and still it wont let me log in.
The one thing that I have noticed is that, on my iPad, it all worked OK, but in the Twitter section in the settings where you enter your details, above the line that has my user name in it has my name in it but it it greyed out. On my iPhone this section is grey but I am unable to enter my name and nor does it show up after I have logged in. I all so get a pop up message saying that either my username or password is wrong but it works OK on iPad.

anyone know why I would be getting just a blank screen in the twitter authentication plugin for lockinfo? first time using it but im assuming thats where I should be able to login to my twitter account for the plugin to use..?

Has anyone else noticed that uploads from the iPhone 4 are degraded when posting them to a site such as Twitter or Facebook directly from the iPhone? It's kinda aggravating seeing as the camera is much better than the earlier iPhone versions. I'm guessing when the Twitter apps are updated to be iPhone 4 friendly this will be fixed, but I'm kinda wondering why it's being degraded...even video quality looks HORRIBLE when uploaded to twitvid or yfrog

Doesn't show which apps to 'allow' under Settings, Twitter. It also freezes when trying to tweet from photos or safari.

So I updated to iOS 5.1.1 yesterday afternoon via an OTA update and ever since, iCloud and Twitter have been unselectable options in Settings.app.
I've hard-resetted the device numerous times, but still no avail.

All of a sudden Twitter has stopped working on my phone. Whenever I click on the app twitter loads to blank white screen with a blue bar acoss the top. Also when I try to go into the twitter settings menu it freezes and I have to go back to the home screen and end the settngs process before I can use it again.
I've tried deleting and re-installing the app, turning phone on and off, resetting the network settings and restoring from a back up and nothing works. I also tried downloading Echofon, another twitter app which wouldn't work either which suggests the problem is with the phone.

i recently updated my ios to 5.1 in iphone4 but after updated i'm unable to login on twitter...i delete it many times and then again reinstall it bt nothing happend and whenever i go to settings and tap on twitter,iphone got stuck until i press home button...

After upgrading my X10 to 2.3 I notice under settings, call settings, there's internet call settings where I can enter in my SIP account details, and other options such as using internet calling, only to SIP address or SIP with network access..Does this mean there's full (or partial) SIP client now on my X10?

I'm an BB user and just got my brand new BB Bold 9790 (upgrading from Curve 9300). Everthing works fine.The problem is that my operator (Comviq/Tele2 in Sweden) don't support/provide BIS and for that reason I can't use the builtin email app.However, Data Network (3G), MMS, Browsing the web works just fine.Have installed LogicMail but it loses connection almost 5 times a day I have to reboot the phone to get it to work again. That is very annoying.

I have an existing account with intervoip (a voip client app program) and i would like to set it up on my nokia 5800. iv heard i may have to install the 'nokia voip framework' to configure voip settings but it is very confusing.
Also i dont really wana use 3rd party apps such as "fring" but if this is the only option, then i will. and if 3rd party apps are recommedned, could you also give me an example account to fill in, showing where i would need to put my account details etc.
