Dec 10, 2014When I sync my iPhone 5 I get double entries in iCal. I did merge my calendars, then I tried turning off iCloud, and then tried tuning off selected calendars. My calendars have my information, just twice!

Feb 9, 2010I've just synched my phone to my PC. When I look at my calendar (outlook) on my PC I can only see some of my calendar entries, not all of them. I've narrowed this problem down to the fact that when I make calendar entries on my phone it offers me the option to send the appointment from my desktop, my work e-mail or my personal e-mail. All entries sent via the desktop are now showing on my PC outlook calendar. However, all entries sent via my work or personal e-mails are not showing on my PC outlook calendar. How can I synch these other e-mail appointments with my PC?

Jan 5, 2010I have an issue with the way PC suite works and having tried OVI I find it no better, generally the sync is not working in that the PC suite contacts list does not mirror the entries in Outlook. OK I've checked all the settings.Whatever the problem is I can live with it but what gets me is that there does not seem to be any way of getting Nokia to own up and offer any help, unless I'm missing the point here. Surely as the creators of the software they should be offering help to solve the problems of faulty software. All the entries in the forum seem to come from intersted users of the product not the originators.

Apr 27, 2012Just got the Bold from my employer. When I make calendar entries on my office computer they synch immediately to my Ipad and Iphone. However, I cannot get the same calendar entry to synch with the Bold. Emails and Contacts are not a problem and synch to all "units".

Jun 29, 2010I am running Windows XP SP3 with Outlook 2003. When the syncronisation between my phone (6303ci) runs OVI 2.2.0.241 sometimes hangs whilst preparing for calendar sync. After restarting the the PC entries within the Outlook calendar have lost the text within the entry. i.e. the entry itself still exists but any emailed notes within the file, attached files or links disappear in Outlook. This is very frustrating as meeting agenda and other notes are missing.

Feb 10, 2010I'm gonna try and explain this as simply as possible (as it's for my dad, so I'll have to explain it to him the same way)! My dad likes using the native IPhone 3G calendar for keeping his appointments. However, he doesn't use the calendar in Outlook, so when he needs to enter something into the IPhone calendar, he has to do it right on the phone.
What he'd like to do is be able to enter the info into a PC-based calendar via the keyboard (he says it's much faster because of the amount of info he's entering), and then have it sync the info into the IPhone calendar. Again, He does not use outlook calendar. So what I'm basically asking is this is there a PC-based calendar program that he could use that would then allow ITunes to sync his PC-based calendar to his IPhone calendar?

Apr 1, 2010have an iPhone 3GS and 'upgraded' to iTunes 9.1 yesterday. My PC uses Windows XP running Outlook 2003. Ever since the download I can no longer sync my contacts or calendar. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, turned my computer off, reset the Sync history in iTunes and now restored the iPhone - still to no avail. Does anyone have any clues?

May 2, 2012iTunes syncs contact info from the iPhone to Outlook, but it will not input the contact photos which are visible on the phone into the persons contact information. They just show up as a white square. If I open the contact it acts as if it's not there and gives me the option to add a photo.

May 14, 2012Everything was working perfectly until about 2 weeks ago (the last time a Calendar event synced).Not sure if there was an iTunes update around this time? Now my iPhone looks as if it's syncing through iTunes, but afterwards Contacts/ Notes are updated, but not Calendar....I've checked all the default calendar settings, rebooted both, done 'detect & repair' on Outlook.... no use. This is a nightmare as I keep all the information about my meetings (addresses, phone numbers etc) in my calendar for when I'm out and about - I NEED to fix this asap?
