I was just wondering if it is possible to get a Welsh keyboard setting for the iPhone? The only way to text in welsh at the moment is to turn the dictionary off but you still don't have all the correct characters.

Now the bottom half of my keyboard totally stops working, but the problem can be fixed by respringing or restarting the device. I restored the device to its original settings and I have not been able to recreate the problem, so I assume it lies with something I recently installed. I got my new iphone today and I was using it for about half a day without any problems however I put in the lastest software update and the keyboard went wild. The y and 6 buttons will not click.
