I restored my iPhone from the most previous backup (phone was locked and the buttons were frozen, wasn't able to unlock it!) and I lost all my pictures. Is there anyway tonged my pictures back or anyway to prevent this from happening in the future?

The screen is only on when I put the phone in the charger, but my problem is also that the unlock key at the top is locked, so even when there are lights and energy in the phone I can't unlock it, and therefore I can't use it at all. I've tried pulling the battery out and in again about 3 times. I've tried taking both the battery and the sim card out. I've tried connecting my phone to the computer, which it can, but it didn't help me since the phone is still locked. I've tried resetting it by pressing ALT + CAP + Del. but that doesn't work either.

I noticed that on my s6, the volume buttons don't change the sound settings when the phone is locked but when i tried it on my sister's s6 it does. What the problem could be? I'm using nova launcher prime but i don't think that has to do with it.

Recently I changed to postpaid connection from prepaid keeping the same number for that I got a new SIM. When I inserted the new SIM on switch on itself it is asking for phone lock code.I haven't kept any lock code for my phone till now. And when I searched in the net for the default code i got it as '0000'. But when I enter that it says wrong code.
Then I inserted my old SIM for that it is working but its inactive since I got new one. I checked the phone security settings under settings->general->security->Locks->phone protection->Protection so as to turn off that feature.It was shown 'Automatic' neither On or Off. And when I tried to change that to off its again asking for the lock code. And I am not able to use my phone now.
the phone was fine and then I heard a noise and notived there was a black square with insatll now or later. I installed now and it showed a bar where the progress was.I did not touch the phone and I heard another noise and went to look at the phone.It was black and when i tried to give the pin, it said Sim card locked emergency calls only. The pin is correct.I turned it off and took the battery out and in again then turned it on, but it is still the same.The battery is at 60% so it is not that.Why would this be please? Did I install a virus? It looked just like the normal official updates.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm experiencing some weird problems on my 5800 xm. When I unlock the phone after it has been locked for a while the touch screen doesn't react at all. But if I lock and unlock again, it starts to work. Not a very big problem but kinda annoying. The other problem is that none of the physical buttons are working, except for the on/off button.
All those problems came at once and from no where. I hadn't installed or updated anything recently when it came. I've tried to update to v.50 and I've tried a "soft reset" but it isn't working. I can't do a hard reset since the buttons used for doing aren't working.
It feels like it's some kind of software problem rather than a hardware problem or what do you think? Anything I can try before going back to the store?
Screen unlock pattern failed 20 times, phone is now locked pending google username and password, which I have enter hundreds of times with no success, I know the username and password is correct as I can log in via PC and view latest downloads on my phone etc.
Have tried to repair the phone via PC companion, everytime the download begins an error message comes up "unable to start update"
Have been to the optus shop and contacted sony over the phone, being told by optus that my phone is 7 days over its warranty and it will cost me to unlock, Sony helpdesk advised that it was "Easy" to fix and i just needed to repair the phone via PC companion, which clearly is not as easy as stated. I am left without a phone which is badly affecting my work, I have been told it will take at least 2 weeks for the phone to be unlocked if it is done by the provider, google password is not working.

I went to check my phone last night and I couldn't get it to turn on. The only way is to take the battery out and put it back in. Then the home screen pops up with Unlock, Emergency and Cancel screen like normal (because I have a password) but then the track pad and none of the buttons work so I am stuck on that page with no way to get out. I was trying to unlock my iphone4 Baseband 04.12.01 with SAM but I didn't realise it was detected by Apple. My iPhone 4S locked up twice when I swipped to unlock. Now won't start. I soft reset it both times and now it flashes the Apple icon followed by spining beach ball and that starts over indeffinately. This was after deleting apps becasue it said I had low memory. Before I had 600mb and then I had 2 GB after deleting a bunch of apps. When I plug it into itunes it says it cannot access becasue it is locked with a passcode, but it still shows the beach ball.
