Running OS 3.0 jailbroke and unlocked on a 8 gig 3G. Using Cincy Bell. Phone doesnt connect with Edge much anymore, and some times when E is present, still no cell data network connection. Signal strength is g2g.Also, phone will launch Cydia, but shortly after boots out of the program. I respring, restart, turn off, power and home key combo no luck.

I have a problem with the message reminder on my Galaxy S6 Edge.
After installing the phone from the box all worked fine. Then suddenly message reminder stopped working despite all the settings are correct. After a complete reset (factory settings) all worked fine again for a few days and now again message reminder is not working.
What could be the course?
When I connect my iPhone 4S (iOs 5.1) by USB to my iMac (Os X 10.6.8), it won't show up anymore in iTunes/iPhoto/Finder and the battery won't charge either. It used to work, but now it doesn't. I have the latest versions of all the relevant software and I tried every trick I could find on the fora. What can I do next?

So it used to be that when I did that "rub the edge" gesture to bring up the information/notification edge stream, the time would come up first, then I had to scroll to see the stream. The time is gone now, it just goes straight to stream. I liked being able to check the time without lighting up the screen. Why it's gone or how to get it back.

It does NOT mean you're guaranteed a phone or that they're holding one for you. He recommended I get there super early and wait in line like everyone else.Apparently, the only people that are guaranteed a phone are those that managed to get a full paid pre-order through on the 15th.

Opening my N900 camera cover does not launch camera app anymore. If screen is turned off, then opening the cover turns screen on but camera app does not start. I can start camera software only from menu. Restarting device does not help.
View 27 Replies View RelatedI have a 3GS on 3.0.1 that I just used Pwnage Tool to JB/upgrade to 4.0 and then unlock using ultrasn0w.. everything went perfectly..BUT... some Cydia apps don't seem to work - looked around and didn't see a thread, so I started one. Hope this information isn't redundant.
Statusnotifier: One of my favorite Cydia apps, doesn't work with IOS4. It keeps crashing the springboard and I had to uninstall it. Apparently there is a workaround but that has its own quirks, so I will wait to see if an update is forthcoming.
SBSettings: Works but has some quirks as clearly stated on the SBSettings page on Cydia. I didn't bother with loading it yet although it is by far the most useful Cydia app in my opinion.
Any others? It would be great to keep a running list of apps that don't work with IOS4, or that have been subsequently patched to get working again.
I did a search for My3g (from Modmyi) and it shows, I clicked install. After installation, i turned off the wifi and made a facetime call but it still says I need to be connected.Am I missing a setting, I was reading online and it says I have to pay for the app but I click install on the top left and it didnt ask me to purchase.

But since then my messages app won't launch, no matter wether I access it from homescreen, multitasking or notification center. It only works sometimes when I go to contacts and send message. But even then it is slow and feels veeeery buggy. I tried to completely reset it, but nothing helped me.

Have a severe focus delay when launching the camera?? It takes my camera (& gf's) about 10 seconds to focus. It's like the camera is set on macro when it opens.

I flashed the phone back to its original ROM which is Hong-kong ROM with windows phone recovery tool, it has not fixed the issue. The phone does not connect to GSM network anymore. It appears that the band might have been messed up.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy Mobile Data quick launch icon disappeared into oblivion on the 11th June 2015 in Macau. I am Malaysian. Since this could be a global problem looking at the postings here, I guess Samsung has to do something before important icons disappear again.
This problem of icons disappearing could be prevalent in 5.0.2. or maybe specific to Samsung Galaxy S6 only.
Occasionally my double-clicking of the home button does not launch my camera. To get that working again I have to go into setting turn off that feature and turn it back on.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI bought the Atrix 2 today.Initial thoughts, the screen looks really nice, the soft rubber back feels better then the Atrix 1. I got the same internet speeds as the Atrix 1. Camera button convenient though pressing it doesnt launch camera app. On the Atrix 2 internal memory isnt accessible, even hooking up to pc you cant browse it, so you need a SD card to put music and videos, etc on it.HDMI mirroring worked as expected. I think the MHL mirroring from the SGS2 was better quality though.
View 9 Replies View Relatediphone 3gs 3.1.2 here's my issue. i downloaded unlimvideo app from cydia. worked fine, streamed movies, etc. well, they updated, and the movies wouldn't stream anymore. so.... they said a temporary fix would be to download safari download toggle, and i did. well, it won't play movies, it won't play Internet videos (only sound), and it won't even play videos i have recorded with my phone (only sound). i removed safari download toggle, and it's still the same thing. when it does pull up my media player, it looks all out of whack. gonna attach a pic of what it looks like when trying to load a Internet video. i thought i would just restore my phone, but apple has come out with a new firmware that i don't want to update to, and itunes apparently absolutely insist that when you restore, you have to update.
View 8 Replies View RelatedI ran in kind of problem...I have iPhone 3gs, that needs blackra1n every time i turn it on. Problem began few days ago, when it got stuck, so i had to reset it, and when i tryed to blackra1n it, it got stuck...I tryed few more times and than it worked.
That happened also next day, and i had to do blackra1n like 20 times.Now i this does not work anymore and it gets stuck everytime.Problem is because i have on cydia only files for 3.1.3 so i cannot restore it to 3.1.2 as i normaly did.I have sbsettings and SSH, but i think i turned it off :/I have 05.11.7 modem firmware and 6.4 bootloader.
Tonight a friend and myself were JUST talking about backing up our files on cydia, so I open cydia to look around and boom.. Phone is froze. Reset it and it has the wonderful plug into itunes..I try to jailbreak and it fails now. *Yes, its tethered because its newer.. BUT its still 3.1.2. I went to use itunes to restore and it wants to put 3.1.3 on there.. NOT good.I rely on the jailbreak to use my phone, now its dead. Is there a way I can fix this thing? I have a mac and a pc I can try things on.I hope I can get it working, or else I am totally screwed.. Just bought the phone for 750 dollars last month, and now again I am stuck with nothing. I feel sick to my stomach.

I can print over wifi with my Macbook Air, and it works on my iPad, but I used to be able to print with my iphone 4 and now I cannot. I have done a reboot on my iphone, and that doesn't work.

Problem with the N97...Basically, ever since i have had my phone back from Nokia Care.
Regardless of whether you launch Ovi from the quick launch type thing on the homescreen or on the menu, it doesn't work.
If you attempt to click on the icon on the homescreen, nothing happens.
If you click on it on the menu screen, the clock in the top right corner flickers and nothing happens.
I can't bear another hard reset, but i guess if i have to i will, any ideas?
