I uninstalled MyWi after the trial expired because I just didn't have a need for it. The problem is that my phone is still broadcasting my SSID from MyWi. Is there a way to get rid of the broadcast SSID? I just don't anyone getting any ideas trying to connect to my phone.

People who use mywi often, do you find that you were approaching above 2gb/month quite often?I know you can't give exact usage rates since it's different for all, but still an estimate would be nice.
I've tested/used MyWi several times since installing it yesterday, and each time the WiFi on my phone stays on after stopping/closing MyWi, and I have to go manually turn off WiFi afterwards.

It remains on at low brightness and will not turn off, even when the phone is not turned on. I have tried both the Restore using iTunes (original settings) and a hard reset holding the home and sleep buttons on the iPhone itself.

My battery meter reads anywhere from 10-20% remaining. What is happening? How can I prolong the battery life? I am also noticing that my key pad is delayed and will be up to 10 characters behind before they catch up. It there something that I can do without restoring the entire phone that will fix some of these problems?

My question is how is that even possible, when after a full charge to 100%, my estimated usage time remaining is only 10 hours?? View 4 Replies View RelatedI've had my Lumia 710 for a few months now and over the past week the remaining battery life percentage is way wrong. For instance, one day I noticed my battery icon was really low so I went to check the % and it said it was -4%. I was even able to make a 10 minute call and it never died on me. A few days ago I had about 70% but when I checked the phone a few minutes later it was around 10%. A few times I've even had it die on me and it never gives me the critical battery warning.This morning it was dead when I woke up so I brought my charger to work. After charging only 30 minutes it said I had 57% battery. But now 4 hours later I'm sitting at 98% and it looks like it won't go past that. Is something wrong with my battery or could the battery life indicator just be way off?

View 4 Replies View RelatedThe last few weeks my droid turbo has been acting up. The first time it shut down it showed 28% battery remaining, second time 33%, then again yesterday it shut down showing 73% then again showing 78%. Today it shut down again showing 78%.
I plug it in for ten minutes after each shutdown and it will work again and show that the batter level went up while charging.

On my old phone, deleting items from my in box removed them from the server, but that's not happening now (using the default Mail APP). I noticed it was sending them to the trash and so I went into the trash folder, selected all the email and then tapped the "Delete" button. Nope.
