IPhone :: My 4s Says I'm Calling From A Different Location

I just recently got an iPhone 4s and i have been pleased with it. However, today i called a friend who didnt have my number and it said i was calling from Sunnyvale, CA. The problem is, I an in San Jose, CA. I know this is not the end of the world, but i would like to be able to fix it. My brother got his iPhone at the same time, but his location is correct. Also, i checked my map app, and it pinpointed my location correctly. My only problem is that it says im calling from a different location.
I have noticed that the searching location comes on and stays on even when location is turned off the only way I can stop is by turning location on then back of again. How do I fix that?
I have gotten three very irate calls from someone who's called ID is from Ohio. He said my phone has called him over 40 times today. I have no idea who this person is, and my call list shows no outgoing calls from anyone outside my contact list.
What's going on here? Is it possible someone has "hijacked" my number and is spam calling people from somewhere else in the country? It apparently is my number that keeps calling him (he called me back, so he obviously has my number) but my call list shows nothing.
Since last week, my speaker of the black iPhone 4 is realy silent while calling. I set the volume to max, tried a restore, but nothing worked.I also cleaned de speaker carefully to get every little dust grain out. but still I only hear a realy low voice while calling.The speakerphone and the headset work fine.So I think the speaker has to be changed. My warranty ran out on february so I think I have to pay for repair.

I just got an iPhone 4S on Saturday, so forgive me if this is a n00b question. How much would it cost, if anything, to make an international call with Facetime? I live in the US and a friend of mine lives in the UK. We both have iPhones and we can text with iMessage, but I wasn't sure if it'd also be free to use Facetime to do it as well.
I got an Iphone from a friend but it has a lock of ATT i called them but they said i had to have an account and shizzle but since i got it from a friend i don't know what to do.i read that ATT just send the IMEI to APPLE and they will unlock it. so is there a way to unlock my iphone without ATT in the program
My iPhone five makes a buzzing noise every time I call someone. My issue is that I am now outside of my one year warranty and so even to talk to them on chat they may charge me £25. I would go into an apple store but nearest one is a two hour drive Â
Is there an application which blocks a specified number from calling? I keep getting a collection agency number calling to my number like 3-4 times. It's looking for some guy which I don't know. Is there anyways I can get an application to block numbers?
