When I go onto music and press the AirPlay button it shows two speakers one called iPhone Speaker and iPhone. I have the iPhone 4S 16GB, I'll post a screen shot below. I haven't got any AirPlay speakers on my network.

My iPhone 4 has not been able to play music or video through my speakers. It thinks it is still connected to my iHome, so it trys to play anything through the charge port which of course no sound comes out. Can anyone help me with this issue? The other day I was listening to a partically downloaded podcast (poor service) on my 4S when suddenly the sound stopped (external speakers). I assumed it had come to the end of what had downloaded so far but now any music and podcasts I listen to are muffled (like they have too much bass) and they stop and start when I use the external speakers. The sound quality before was so good! Playback is fine when I use the headphone jack. I installed all updates and restored the phone, but to no avail.

The weird part is phone calls work perfectly through the bluetooth speakers, but throw doesn't work when playing music. The device also seems confused - the throw icon is highlighted in cyan, and the device under the menu is also highlighted, but the audio continues to play through the phone's speakers.

It has the same behavior with my UE BOOM speaker and with my car's system (mObridge MOST). My phone's software build number is 17.1.1.A.0.402.
Maybe the solution is staring right at me, but I can not figure out how to use the phones internal speakers for music playback that's loud enough to hear? When I use the speaker option for hands free phone calls, it's loud and you can clearly hear, but not so with playing music or a video.

If I am listening to music and send a text it will stop the music for a second or so, then start playback up through the speakers then switch back to the headphones.
Now if I am having a conversation with someone via text this is quite irritating as sat on the bus and every so often my phone just plays music quite loud for a second before going silent.
I use poweramp and have tried the audio focus options there but I never had this issue on my older s4 with poweramp also. I am having to resort to just not listening to music at all.

However, when I plug in external speakers to my phone, the music sounds like it does through headphones. When I remove the speakers from the phone, the music plays louder than when I have speakers plugged in.

Can change it so pictures are named by the date they were taken instead of "IMAG0___"? I get conflicts when trying to add pictures to my computer or digital picture frame due to them having the same name and for some reason, I'm not able to do duplicate with (2) after it. I've had old devices name pictures by date and loved it. That way I know when the picture was taken.

If i email or text a photo to someone they are all named photo.jpeg other iphones have a format like IMG00001 and IMG00002. I'm trying to use AirPlay on my iPhone 4S (Verizon & iOS 5.1) to connect to my iTV (version 2, latest software) and my iMac (10.6.8)
I can use iTunes on the iMac to connect to Apple TV and PandoraJam allows me to connect, as well. However, I can't get the AirPlay symbol to light up on the iPhone.
I've followed all of the steps on the support page and have also reset the network settings and switched languages. When I go to another network that has two AirPort Expresses on it, my phone connects to those immediately.
When I double click on the Home butto to see the running apps, I can scroll the list of apps and the leftmost group has buttons for parental control, previous, stop, next, and Music. There is no icon for AirPlay. Similarly, the AirPlay symbol is not visible in Photos, Videos, or Music.
