Mar 14, 2012I updated the firmware of my iPhone 3GS to iOS 5.1 yesterday. After the update, I noticed that I have lost all of my contacts on the phone, so I plugged it back in to the computer and went with "Restore from backup", which was dated just a few hours prior to updating the firmware.
After it finished restoring, my contacts were all back but half of my apps are missing. I tried redownloading from the App Store as well as syncing from the computer, but the data (game saves, etc) are still missing. How do I get them back?

Aug 20, 2010i know there are a lot of posts about this but i cannot seem to get facetime back. i have an iphone 4 with 4.0.0 on it. i jailbreaked my phone after the facetime mms fix was already applied. i havnt tried to use facetime until this morning and i noticed that the icon is missing how the hell do i get it back.
under settings > phone facetime is turned on. i have tried turning it off and on still no facetime option. i am also connected to exchange and have the camera option enabled so how can i get facetime back? should i just upgrade to 4.0.1 since my SHSH blobs are stored?
IPhone :: Sound Getting Lost During FaceTime Conversation Continuously
Jun 28, 2012I continue to lose sound during a face time conversation 3-5 minutes into the conversation. The other end can hear me fine, but I can no longer hear them. I usually hang up and call again and it's fine for awhile longer. I've called into Apple several times and so far the advisors have never heard of this problem. So far I can duplicate it when using my earbuds or without. I use my iPhone4S and my sister users her iMAC. Apple had me reset and test. Of course the next call I made for 6 minutes was fine. I made a call to the same person later in the day and could no longer hear 2 minutes into the conversation.

Jun 24, 2010So, we get two 16GB i4's yesterday. Set them up and get them all activated.My i4 finally showed Facetime activated late last night. My Wife's finally showed activated this morning. We try a call, fails. Mine still shows activated.Head off to work, noticed I had no 3G for 10 miles. Rebooted the phone, grabbed 3G. My facetime has now gone back to "waiting for activation".On WifI at work, but still no activation !

Jun 27, 2012Im in Thailand and I was having trouble with my message settings at the "recieve at" had my number and ERROR next to it, so I was told to go to the hotel computer, download itunes, sign into my apple ID then restore and backup to reset the phone, however when I did this, it erased everything on my phone and replaced it with someone call "panu" and it was in german, so I gather this was probably the peron before me using this computer, however it was signed into my apple ID so why did it do that and how do I get it back? also my icloud wasnt turned on and theres no data saved there?
