i've read several threads. i understand you can't upload directly from the iphone. i downloaded the video to my mac, and now the video is sitting there in iphoto. what do i do to get it to upload 720p to Internet?

i've tried Internet and it took 25 minutes to upload and the end result was a blurry mess of downconversion. is there a way to stream the pure hd i'm shooting? mobileme? Internet? some other solution for hosted hd streaming of short iphone 4 clips without a loss of resolution?

1.) how much space will 720p video take on the device? I'm taking a vacation on the 17th of july and I'd like this to replace a camcorder
2.) assuming I don't roam on the phone (said vacation is in philippines) then how much battery life will this kill assuming I don't render video on the device and just record and play back.

The same thing happens when I try to upload a video on Youtube from my computer. These are relatively small files - 10 - 15 minutes each!
At least when I upload videos from my computer it starts uploading very slowly, says it will take 2-3 hours, and stops at 16%.
on gingerbread it not lagging..but on ics got little lagging..after i upgrade to ics..i factory reset my phone..but still got little lagging..but anyways ICS is awesome..fast!hope SONY can fix this.

I streamed movies from Google Play Movies and Netflix. I don't know if the resolution is going down to allow me to stream the videos, but I'm getting very frustrated. They then killed Activesync support completely later the same day (Yeah, I know... why even roll the security policy?). Even after removing the Activesync acct, the video change has not reverted. Anyone know (hopefully short of a complete reinstall) of a way to completely revert Activesync security changes?

1.)Unable to turn on data connections.(resolved after hard reset)
2.)Battery drains quickly.
3.)Heats up rapidly.
4.)Freezes often.
5.)No 720p video recording.
6.)Will reboot often if connected to PC.
I was going to try a faster class 10 SD first. I think class 6 should be the minimum for HD movies.
The quality and sound is superb, but it's just slightly out of sync. The video is about 14 minutes in length and is 1.10GB in size. On playback on the phone, it sometimes stutters (like the music stutter) and drops frames, but watch it from a computer with the file still on the SD card, and it plays flawlessly. I know the Tegra 2 is capable of 1080p encoding/decoding, so it should have no issues with 720p. What did Motorola do to this thing?

View 4 Replies View Relateddid a little search and read some threads about bad upload quality for the new ip4, but mostly what i read was that it was usually due to 3g. so i used wifi and it still seems like my video has really ****** quality. like not even 360p quality. anybody know the problem? i tried to search but didn't see a setting for upload resolution on the phone.
edit: nvm, seems like it has gotten a little better, but another video i uploaded on facebook still has ****** quality. now the question is, why is it not allowing me to select 720p on Internet?
my husband can upload some of his personal videos to facebook,and sometimes he gets an error message cant upload at this time )but im getting this message every single time. why is it so complicated to upload a simple video?? i have read for hrs on end online and in my manuals and cannot get a simple step by step video.i did see one little vieo on Internet and but all i get is the error message alert your video could not be uploaded at this time i want to return this iphone and ive only had it 2 weeks!

I took a Video of my kids and I am trying to share it on Facebook but it is not downloading/uploading. When i try to do it from my phone it gives me an error message of "error- cannot upload image" Then when I try to do from Facebook and choose browse and click on the video, it never uploads and I don't get an error message.

Is anyone else having issues loading video to Facebook. Every time I upload an iPhone4 high quality video to Facebook, through their app, the video appears in Facebook very grainy and pixelated. If I upload the video from my MAC to the Facebook website, the video maintains its high level of quality. Do you happen to know if the compression in the Facebook app is causing this issue? If yes, is there a way to fix it?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have my Skydrive / Onedrive storage settings set up (in Settings/Photos + Camera/Auto upload/Skydrive - turned on, and best quality (needs wifi) set for both photos and videos.
For some reason, videos are not uploading, even when i'm connected to WIFI. Is there a max file size for uploading? If I go into Pocket File Manager, I can copy/paste a video file into my Skydrive folder, but this doesn't seem to be the best way to do this. The files should auto-upload based on the settings Ive selected.
Also - If I delete my low res photos from within pocket file manager (not DNG, the 16mp jpg files), will they delete from my photos app?
